Hi folks,
I've got a reply from Korean user about latest GB update (oficial one) from my request to OTA update files. That guy uploaded those files.
If you follow this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=16948777#post16948777 you can get links to download that files wich can be used as a base to build a most reliable and stable ROM for our international Atrix based on that oficial release (not beta).
PAY ATTENTION: Those files are intended to developers. If you are an unexperienced user, don't try to use this files on your phone. YOU ARE WARNED!

Hello
A couple of moments ago.I was reading that the official JB update for our L7 was released.
For the moment is Telcel ROM, this means it's the official carrier update, but it's a little step in the development of a custom JB ROM.
This is the link
http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=13
It's in the latest added roms, it's v20a for P708g.
Ps: Because this is not a dev thread I put it in "General"
Hm telcel...
I noticed that too, i will connect tomorrow the cellphone to see if it gets updated in lg pc suite if not just flash kdz :victory:
Hi all!
A friend of mine has an Optimus 2X that she got from her university. She has to develop an unity app which works with 2.3 APIs so she needs a Ginger Bread ROM to use these APIs. Since she has a Nexus 4, she already has the newest JB version to test the app on newer devices. This is why she explicitly wants a Gingerbread ROM, and nothing newer. Could anyone give a guide on how to install a Gingerbread ROM and which of them is the best for this purpose?
Information about the current installed version:
Model number: LG-P990
Android version: 2.2.2
Baseband version: 1035.21_20110218
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-dirty
Build number: FRG83G
LGE Version LGP990-V10b
Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated!
Smirny
EDIT:
Since the phone belongs to the university, she cannot unlock the bootloader. Also, the software update within Android itself says that there is no new version available. Is it still possible for her to upgrade to a GB ROM, maybe even a stock one?
Search for Homero2 thread and download on phone SD card his nvflash 20S rom.
Download on PC the All In One Tool 5.6 in Dev section and follow the guide of the operation requested before nvflashing the 20S rom.
Edit: you can update to GB stock LG without unlocking the phone.
Link to LG 2x support site, download and install drivers, connect 2x to pc, start the LG Update on PC and follow the instructions.

Hello everyone,
The phone worked fine with version v4.4.4 after the upgrade (v5.0.2) he became unbearably slow.
I do not know too much about root, rom and and so (last time I change rom it was on my HTC Desire ).
Generally I would be happy if there is a simple way (or at least a detailed guide) to restore the phone to the version he came with.
I would appreciate your help :fingers-crossed:
If you want to restore to stock 4.4.4
Then go to the general section of this phones forum and search for your model and the firmware (4.4.4) you want. Then just follow the steps to restore. (I can't tell you which firmware since you haven't mentioned your phone model). Or install CM 13 Official, it's stable as hell, and its better than stock. (Guide to flashing roms also exists).

Thanks for the quick response.
My phone model is Motorola Moto G 2014 XT1068 as appearing in the title, any additional information needed to specify ?
About CM 13 Official from what I've read here and in other places It seems like if it not stock there be problems like camera does not work, low battery, problem with SMS and so... Or is it only in certain versions ?
Sorry. I didn't read the title properly.
This link : Stock 4.4.4
There's no thing wrong with CM. It's better than stock for sure and there's no additional problems seen when you use CM. Just don't flash Xposed.
Its stable and fast even though it's in Alpha stage.
Thank you !
You have any idea how do I know whice fireware I need ?
A) Firmware KXB21.85.14 (earliest version)
B) Firmware KXB21.85.23 (DSDS ALL)
C) Firmware KXB21.85.27 (latest version)
D) Firmware KXB21.85.23 - GB Region (UK)
E) Firmware KXB21.85.14 - DE Region (Germany)
Depends on your country.
A and B should work on ANY XT1068 as it's a Retail for ALL Dual sim, (it may or may not have certain languages)
I have got a completed build of Android 13_r12, fully built from Sony's AOSP instructions, but...
Im a bit weary about flashing it to my phone, as i have no way of flashing back to stock, since i dont know where i could find an official sony rom to put my phone back the way it was before the flashing of android 13.
Does anybody have a link to the stock sony roms?
