I just bought mine as a replacement for my G2. $499.00 plus tax and they offered four payments instead of having to pay it all upfront. It said "delivery April 20." I paid the extra $19.99 for UPS Express. We'll see which route ends up being faster; the store, tmobile.com, or Wirefly.
Just did the same thing. Can't wait. Came to $554 after all said and done. On;y had 3 day shipping though. Was hoping for a possibility to get it earlier.
Other stuff I've gotten "express" from T-Mobile has arrived overnight. If they start shipping them out tomorrow they could start arriving as early as Monday the 18th. You know what's wierd, it still shows "coming soon" for new lines vs. upgrades.
It doesn't work for me yet...I keep getting the message saying "Oops we are unable to complete your order at this time" or something like that so I called T-Mobile and they told me that I'm constantly going to see that message until 10am. How did you guys ordered it...?

If you're upgrading, sign in to your account and click on "upgrade phone." That's how it showed available for me. It's still shows "coming soon" on the new line shopping page. If it's on purpose, kudos to T-Mobile for giving existing customers first shot at the phone.

That is how I got to it as well. Without selecting "Upgrade" from within my account, it just said coming soon.
Just did mine as well. Didn't even know I had a 600 credit. Put down 75 and paying 25 monthly no interest no contract.

Are you an existing post-paid T-Mobile customer? It won't work for pay-as-you-go accounts. Also, your account has to be current. If there's even a dollar over due it blocks you from making any changes to your account.
Never mind, it's available now for new orders off the "phones" page. I'm guessing a CSR would be able to accept the order also.
I might just call in sick when it comes.

We ordered just in time. The account management side of tmobile.com is offline and the call center's closed. People on the T-Mobile forum are pissed.

I've been on T-Mobile for 9 yrs "Post-Paid" not prepaid or flex plan or anything...it just they're giving me this message:
"Sorry, this information is currently unavailable.
Please refresh the page or try again
in a few minutes.
Someone just posted this on the T-Mobile support forum:
"Currently talking to a representetive (sic) over the chat line and was told this

In Streamline (tmobile internal use only) it says that you can upgrade starting april 15th after 10am PT. Wonder if it is down for a real reason or this!
Online orders of the G2X from T-Mobile.com started working again after 12:00AM PST.

I ordered mine at 11:30 Central time with 3 day shipping and my confirmation also says it's arriving on the 17th. Got my fingers crossed for Sunday. Just can't wait. Sorry Nexus, it's been fun.

So i thought i would post this because i'm getting some different explanations depending on who i talk to so i rather get real world results. Let me know when you ordered the white one if you did and what the status of it so far. We have one guy on the forum that posted that he ordered it early on sunday and did in fact recieve confirmation that he did get it shipped.
I ordered it at 1pm CST and have it backordered and it is still that way today. I've called them and they said they have 2459 (exact number lol) coming but when i call another department they say they dont' know.
Let me know and hopefully we hear soon cause i reallllly want this.

I get an error saying that orders made within the last 24 hours may not be available. The link I have is for a business premier account so it may not show up on the regular site. Not really sure what's up. Either way I'm happy. I upgraded to my Inspire in Feb and was able to upgrade again now, so I can't complain. Even if I have to wait a few extra days to get it.

I am in the same situation, ordered yesterday at about 3:00 central and in the status on website is "processing'. Called HTC, They were useless.
I iwll post here when status changes.

mine was a premier order as well but you should still be able to check it. Let us know if it changes any time soon. I will be posting back later tonight with hopefully good news.
Yep, I'm back-ordered now. Trying to see if I can change it to the black one. I didn't really care either way which one I got, just picked the white one to try something different. Not sure if my company will be able to change it though.
I had ordered about a white one about an hour after the release on the premier site. I got the backorder status yesterday morning. I wanted white but being that i put a case on all my phones I cancelled the order and got the black one. If you cancel and make another order right away it will cancel the new order also as they have a 72 hour period for the first cancel to process. I had to call customer service and get it straight. My black one will be delivered tomorrow.

I ordered 2 online. One says processing(Even as of this post) and they flat out canceled the other one. After another member posted that the corp stores were doing the $99 i just went to the store and got them. I think they are back-ordered too.

Just called the local AT&T Service Center and they said the stores in the Chicagoland area will not carry the white. It is a web only offering according to the person I talked to.
I posted this in the other White Vivid thread but I figured I would update here as well.
My white Vivid went from back-ordered to shipped last night. It is actually in Atlanta now but won't be delivered until tomorrow. Maybe all the back-orders will start going through now.

Got mine today
Thanks for the info! I never got an email about my white one shipping, but I just tracked it via the regular AT&T order status website, Premier one still shows it as processing, but sure enough it also shipped out & is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

I never got a shipped email either, and even after FedEx picked it up, it took 24 hours for the status to change from processing to shipped. But mine still showed up on time on Wednesday.
I reserved the Galaxy s4 at my local Sprint store on Monday. Walked in today and they had 8 available. So needless to say, you might want to check your local Sprint store to see if they had any shipments because mine did. By the way I returned the HTC One for this phone and I couldn't be happier.

Sprint won't be my carrier but if they have them in store I would stop by just to check out the phone in person, assuming they have one for display.
Our 2 local sprint stores and BB all got the Sprint S4's in today. I almost bought one, but they would not match the online price of $149 that I could get on sprint.com by adding a new line. So I came home and ordered one up instead. $100 is a $100. But it was nice to play with one in the store a bit before making the final decision.

Wait, what? I thought Sprint delayed all of the S4s. When I called BB about my pre-order yesterday to see if it was affected, all I got was that it wasn't in yet and they wouldn't get any sort of an ETA because of them using drop shipment to (supposedly) get it there faster. I may have to drop in today and see what's up with that. >.>
Edit: Just did so. According to the rep I spoke with, Samsung only shipped the ATT phones. All other carriers' S4s have yet to show up. Anyone else running into something similar?

We went into the Sprint store shortly after they opened on Saturday just to see if they might have received any. I'd heard the delayed rumors too, so was not shocked when they said no. Mgr said he'd got an email the night before saying they might try to scrape a few together and get them there, so check back later. Basically the same story at the BB store 2 blocks away. Called later in the day and the Sprint store had them in. So I went in and played with it for a while. When they could not price match the web price, we went over to BB. They had also received the phones but would not match the price either.
All were Sprint phones, both colors, 16gb. They are getting delivered for retail sales, at least in some areas. Guaranteed. You can call the Sprint or BB stores in Rogers and Bentonville Arkansas to confirm it, if you'd like. They may all be sold out by now as there were folks lined up to look at them, but they had them for a while yesterday, at the least. I had a black one in my hands and ready to buy until the ad match snafu came up.
Sprint stores in NJ had them...but the store by me only had 6, 3 white / 3 black...I walked in after 3hrs of them being opened and they still had 4.

Haha your first paragraph was just be way my several went at one of my local corporate store I reserved a handset at. But when I called a friend at another corporate location just a few towns south of me, she said she had a huge supply but we're running low rapidly. And even at 10:15am the store was PACKED! So in turn, I had a feeling that some stores may have some supply. Which was exactly what happened. Funny, cause the 2 BB stores in Mt area have the Samsung booths. Neither were displaying anything. Which I thought was unusual, cause even though there is a delay, I would have thought that they would at least wanna show Em off

I got mine! 4.2.2 is alot different. Menu's have more to it. Overall I am liking the GS4. Bigger screen, smoother and faster than my GS3. I cant wait until a solid root is out there and for Ktoons OC kernel to come out! I can see this thing rocking 2.5 GHZ with it's quad core! My Quadrant score is already 12,772 stock, so I'm thinking 18,000 is possible!

Spoke to a sprint employee on the 24th(after they stopped taking pre-orders) and was told they'd only get enough S4s to satisfy pre orders and then would have to wait for "a week or so" for a shipment of S4s for the general public. So I preordered from amazon and they said they'd ship the today and deliver May 1st. But yesterday I called local sprint stores and 3rd one I called said they had one left in white. Amazon preorder cancelled shortly their after . Any way what I took away from this fro any one still looking for S4s is that some sprint stores have general public stock but generally the bigger stores closer to downtown (I'm in Houston). The stores that only have pre order stock just don't know what the hell they are talking about .
I'm in Houston too and got mine from the Westpark store. They had plenty of them. Like 50 or so! Don't know about today though.....

I must have gotten lucky, because I ordered mine online from Sprint Saturday the 28th in the afternoon (pst), and received a shipping notification Sunday at 10AM and received my shipment Monday morning at 9:45 AM. Needless to say I was happily shocked
I was able to use Upgrade Now for $100 fee. They bought my cracked E4GT for $64. They said they had 13 white and 8 black.

Everything's kinda held up right now. If I understand the dates others have been throwing around correctly, your phone probably won't ship until AFTER Tuesday.

I ordered mine Friday night at 10pm. Got it today. Funny thing is that I knew it was coming before the cs reps did... I called fed ex, told them that I had something shipped to me but didn't receive tracking. Gave them my address and that it was express, sure enough, it was in transit and scheduled for delivery 9/24... Checked the moto site and it still said that it hadn't shipped. I got my tracking in the email about an hour after I picked it up.
BTW. I freaking love this phone! It was everything I hoped for. And the cement back, blue accents and black front is gorgeous!
Edit*** didn't see the t mobile part. Mine was a custom from moto maker, so take my shipping experience at face value.

Sign up for Fed Ex's free delivery tracker on their site - it's your best way of finding out if the device has actually shipped to you. Moto has this bad habit of not letting people know they've shipped things.

I think I signed up for the correct thing with FedEx. However, I ordered Sunday, its Wed., and I have not had any delivery or email confirming shipment. When I login to the Moto X site, it still shows as "not shipped". Seems much slower compared to everyone else...
I did motomaker, so AT&T. Strangely, it still says "Not Shipped" on Motorola's website but I received it in the mail yesterday.

I was stupid last night and waited because I called AT&T and they told me I could use my 25% off discount for it in the store. I go to the store today and they are like sorry that's not covered as an eligible item. I am going to hassle them until I get the discounted price now.

25% off 300 is only 75, which is not as good at the T-Mobile deal was. Just doing the math, you had no reason to let AT&T cause you to pause.

I received a confirmation e-mail from T-Mobile today. And they said they have charged me for the order. It should arrive in less than a week Of course, the Thanksgiving Holiday may delay that a little bit.
Amazing to catch such a deal so shortly after its release here in the USA.
