HD7 screen vs HD2 - HD7 General

Hi everyone.
Just got an HD7 today , and to celebreate this I decide to take my "old" HD2 to make a screen comparison. And what a surprise !
Screen turns yellow on the white, colors seems to be denatured
Yet the two screens appear to be a TFT-LCD screen.
Have you done a test like that ? what do you think about this ?

Diamond Screen Problem help

Recieved my Diamond over a week ago and i notice when i press the side of the screen to call or text (number 4 when dialling) i get a small ripple effect, like pressing against an LCD screen. Is this normal?
Not here you must be pressing kind o hard.
Did you tweak the pressure on display? That helps muccchhhh.
I get my first diamnd with this fault on left side...only little tap and it was like touch of nontouch screen and even worse and in the place of this effect there was a yellow tinted area so I send it back and get new one...
I hear reports about yellowish shades in the bottom of the display as well. The ripple effect is also reported. In both cases HTC have said it's not normal and replaces the units. Within 7 days some suppliers gives you a new phone at no charge after that it has to be sent for repair.
I rang ORANGE and they are sending me another unit. This will be the third i have recieved from them. Lets hope i have none of these problems. I could hack the small faints of yellow but definately not the ripple effect on the sides. I am beginning to loose faith in the HTC diamond
Got my new phone from Orange and yet more yellow tints and ripple effects. REALLY irritated by this! dont know whether to call orange or not!

Bad screen colours after lcd replace

Hi all.I am having some problem with the new lcd screen on my trinity.
After replacing the screen (and the touchpad) , the colours are not as good as with my old lcd.The black is not black , is some kind of brown/gold (!!!) and so on.
i 've done a search for some kind of colour calibration but i haven't found any.
Have anyone seen such a problem before?
Is this a defective screen ?
most probably a bad/defective screen.
are you sure the replacement you bought is brand new and original?

[Q] display problem

Hi I have a small problem with my galaxy and I wonder if it is a common thing or is it a sporadic case. I recently took my galaxy in assistance for the replacement of the screen (between lcd and capacitive glass had a hair) Once again after a while 'I realized (I think that there is a problem from the beginning) that appeared on the display strange signs. Initially I thought it was a lcd problem then I tried to shift the LCD image and saw that signs remained fixed as if they were between display and glass. I brought the phone back in service but they said there were no defects. For sureness (they were very nice) they showed me another galaxy just out of the box and presented the same peculiarities. It seems to me (but I'm not sure) that the first galaxy that I had not had this feature.
If you want to help me try to manually set the display brightness to low and pull down the curtain of the notification bar, or choose a dark gray background and gimme an answer.
thank you
i attach a photo
anyone?
I saw that many people have downloaded the image.
thank you
Can you explain what is so peculiar about it ? I dont see anything wrong with that image . Is it the three orange color curved lines ?? (though that looks to me like a reflection of something).
Are you talking about the red haloing effect around the white text?
Apart from the orange claw 'reflection' in the top right there is nothing discernible about that image.
orange signs are camera lens reflection. I talk about grey zones of images. If you watch closely you notice that some grey pixel zones are different from other. With a kind of green blur.
thank you for your answers
Is this what you are concerning about?

[Q] Screen Discoloration..

Hi Ppl,
I noticed a slight discoloration on my sgs recently. Donno what the problem is. I tried to check the brightness levels, did the screen test and everything seems good. My friend recently bought an sgs and I took a look at his screen and it was way too bright and more of white on this screen when compared to mine.
I noticed more of yellow on my screen instead of true white so anything in white doesnt look really white but a mix of yellow and white
Can anyone help me please?
