Firstly download x8oc module, search it in the forum
Secound: push it to it's place (the thread is clear with this)
Third: install setcpu, or anything like that.

Hye guyz...
I'm new to this forum but this forum has help me a lot.today I'm an officially became the member of this forum .
My question is....is it safe to install Chainfire3D??cos I used to get my lovely shakira brick. My phone brick after I install the chainfire3D(include the opengl thing). But before this I managed to install Chainfire3D without getting brick.I install it a couples time(because I'm flashing new version of rom) and it work like a charm.before I flash the rom(GingerXperia v10) I install busybox v1.18.2 to make supercharger script works.then I install the chainfire3d and get my phone brick.is it the busybox cause the brick?or GingerXperia v10 is the cause??
BTW I'm now running GingerXperia v10 with stock kernel.I hope somebody can explaine and help me.Cause I like Chainfire3D.It help me to run game smoother.
I think its busybox....try not to update ur busybox from market...use the old one what u have used for installing the rom..

Supercharger works fine with the normal busybox that we also need for our recoveries.
Just donĀ“t update it.
thanks guys...you all help me a lot.today I manage to install chainfire3d without any brick.works like a charm...
Hi!
I know there are several threads, explaining how to overclock an X8 with GingerDX.
I wouldnt be asking this if I had already done it.
Thing is, I downloaded the OC Module (v004), pushed it to system/lib/modules, edited the hw_config (although down below there was a line with "insmod blablabla x8oc.ko) and I still dont know what Im missing, but on both SetCPU and Antutu CPU Master, Im still limited to max 600mhz.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advice everyone.
PS: Im using GingerDX v020 with LinuxDXv004
EDIT: Oh nevermind. I found out you cant overclock with LinuxDX. Thanks though

Now we see....what happen when opening new thread without deeply digging on thread...
i was using w8 with PrimeHD 6.0 on stock kernel , installer busybox new version through buzybox installer , install v6 supercharger and ended up bricking my phone... now who out of the two is responsible n please help me in installing v6 supercharger i really wanna experience it
What version of busybox did you install? Because if you installed the latest version that is what caused the brick. It has been mentioned in the supercharger thread that it is not compatible with newer version of busybox. So you have to have an older version of busybox( I don't remember which one probably 1.18 or below) and then install supercharger script.

If your busybox is below v1.16.2 you should use v8 supercharger which can be found in the same thread where you find v6 supercharger..it should work for you..but I have used v6 supercharger for several months when I was on GDX v22- even on stock kernel which have busybox v1.15.3 and worked like charm..but don't try the kickass kernelizer script on that version of busybox which will brick your phone for sure..but of course it may have a different result on yours but as I say "It worth to try"..but as I suggest try v8 Supercharger script for a safer result..

MiniCm7/Minicm9 supercharger work perfectly No Softbrick.
zeppelinrox has mention that if you phone doesnt want boot,
Pull you battery out, on again.
Atleast 3 times. If it was still the same problem.
Then IDK. LOL.
