hi...in the market, in my apps/download directory there is a superuser icon. i just flash to stock rom and i would really like to remove its because i want to send it to the shop to check my phone.i do not install it, but it is just there so i really need some help here
does anyone knows how to remove the icon..?

ya PCC is basically the same as SEUS, after that just load all your files and apps into your phone, but dont root otherwise you will get super user.

i didnt like "Touchflo3D" am using "SPB Mobile Shell" ..
but the problem is :
my Device free space is only 6 Mb!! , i wish there is a way to remove

i have original rom but "Touchflo3D" is already installed in original rom
i cant install any "clean cooked" rom coz of warranty..
yeah you can. Once you unlock it, you can relock it later should you have to get a warranty repair or replacement. Chances are they wont even check it.

use pcc dont wory about hi say you hawe x10 hi will say you hawe newest wersion but you may repair yours program just do this you dont need flash stock kernel first pcc will bring you back ful stock rom and kernel
And you should lock your bootloader.
When I bricked my phone and installed stock kernel&rom, bootloader was still unlocked
But PCC is showing that I have X10. Wont I get error to on my phone? I have w8!

Probably you will as it will try to install the wrong ROM and if it does u will brick ur phone. Ok so first you connect your phone without connecting your memory card. Go to PCC and click repair, and just skip the dialog boxes and then it will ask you for ur phone model, selct w8 and then follow the instructions...

The RAR seems to be a xRecovery backup. So simply extract the file and copy it onto your SD card under /sdcard/xrecovery/backup/W8.Bld46.17.05.2011

Simply restore the backup through xRecovery and once that's done don't boot the device but connect it in Flash Mode to Flashtool and create a backup of the ROM. Feel free create a ZIP and put it up on Multiupload, or whatever File Hosting site, to share it with other W8 users (you know, a FTF would enable easy "soft brick" recovery through Flashtool in case none of the recoveries work anymore).

I wanted this. Found it over XDA. Search Tool. I mostly forget to use it. Lets see how it is. In download process now!

I don't have enough info about how to recover it. But if u stock in SE logo maybe u should try repairing it using PC COMPANION...
If it didn't work use flashtool.
U should make a firmware package and flash it using flashtool..
Instructions & files are in B.Jay's mediafire share folder.

Download SE update services and try it:good:
flash stock firmware via flshtool. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/90938124/X8_E15_2.1.1.A.0.6_generic.ftf.7z this is for e15i model only extract the ftf file then flash via flash tool. if you dont no your model look under the battery it will say there.
Edit: The Kernel is in with the firmware.

This is for the last option! if didn't work to repair it using PC companion or SEUS
1. download X8 E15i 2.1.1.C.0.0._un.ftf from file crop and you willl get your phone on 2.1
2. install your flashtool
3. make sure if your baseband is 015 !
4. root your phone by clicking padlock icon on Flashtool!
5. install xrecovery with flashtool by clicking the cross icon
6. unlock bootloader using s1tool and make sure if your phone type is not 11w29+ !!

7. flash the latest kernel
8. backup
9. factory reset, wipe data, etc

go to settings > about phone and check baseband. it should end with 015

what's version of SE update you're using. Download this version : http://sony-ericsson-update-service.en.uptodown.com/download. install it and you'll see xperia X8 tm Ei15. I just try, and still see xperia x8.Good luck
A friend flashed my x8 to kernel nAa-14 and rom MiniCM7-2.2.1, but I want to recover my phone to original state.
Can someone, please tell me the right procedure to do so. I have CWM recovery installed and a backup of original settings.
Do I need to flash stock kernel first? Where can I find it?
Or is it possible to simply flash the stock rom?

just repair phone wit h PCC and you will have android 2.1

use pccompanion and you will go to 2.1,if you want 1.6 that bad,find it and flash it with flashtool(flash stock kernel too)

I just want be sure. Can it be done with PCCompanion even if I have custom kernel and unlocked bootloader? Is there any risk of ending up with a bricked phone?
I searched the forum and some members argued in their posts that you can't use PCCompanion to repair phone if you have unlocked bootloader.
If this is true, can I flash stock kernel and what's the procedure to do so?
Where can i download stock kernel?

I'm unable to connect to PCC. It is unable to detect my device.
But I can access my memory card via Windows Explorer
restart your computer and try again,the drivers should install by themselves,if that dont help you need to install drivers

Instructions in PCC:
1. Drag the status bar downwards
2.Tap USB connected
3.Tap Mount
4.PCC will connect to the phone
But, the problem is that that when I tap USB connected i don't have an option Mount on my phone, just USB storage (this is not correct translation, my phone language is croatian)
Problem solved!
I used Flashtool and X8_E15_2.1.1.C.0.0_generic.ftf

Of coure the pcc doesn't detects your phone, you need the stock kernel for that, but i'm glad you find a 2.1 and solved the problem as you said.

btw im in fse roms http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2298880 atm. i cant openmy phone after installing busybox.
i just try to install busy box because i cant find or run any recovery in that run after running busybox and rebot i cant open my phone anymore and say sony ericson only. i try to flash but notting happen. its not flashing.
Afaik installing busybox on stock kernel-based roms softbricks the device (though it's apparently not a kernel issue). Try repairing via pcc.

pc companion was not be able to connect to the phone plss disconnect and connect again

Try installing busybox using xtoolbox final version, I use it also to root my phone
