It shows up as 4g in in the status bar but i cant connect to the internet i can only use wifi

Ok so the data on my phone works (i can connect to anything on my phone using LTE) however the minute i throw on the hotspot, no connection. My line is provisioned correctly as i have checked many times. For some reason it just wont connect to the data network when the hotspot it on..... i threw my sim in another VIVID and it worked fine. i know were having LTE network issues but WTF?
If you actually have it provisionsed correctly, (purchased LTE tether) why not just call 611?

Since I am not allowed to post any thing in the development forum, I try my luck here. I have flashed and reflashed the latest Android Revolution HD 2.0 Google Edition Rom over and over again. So far I have experienced 2 issues:
1. There is no network indicator switching between E, 3G, H or LTE. Mobile data works, but no indicator.
2. After changing CID to GOOGL001, the keyboard no longer crashes, but swipe does not work. It does't even show traces.
Am I the only one experiencing this? Could there be a fix out there?

Was this a clean flash or a lazy/dirty flash over another build...if so i would wipe everything and reflash,and make sure apn's are correct.
This was a clean install (every time). Could it be because I'm roaming? There is an R showing just beside the signal bars.

Well if your Roaming then its showing correct icon @"R" beside the bar indicator

It would only show a network indicator if you have data roaming on. Otherwise it should only show an 'R'.

Guys...I'm experiencing some prob with my ONE...when I on my Data Network...it shows that it is switch on..showing the 4g/3g logo on the notification bar...but when I go to the internet,fb,Twitter,utube etc...it doesn't load as if there is no connection...everytime this happened..I had to reboot my phone in order to get the connection...it's quite troublesome...any help,guide to fix this prob..?
Could be poor signal quality, I have same issue at work where I know signal is poor. I got all 5 bars and H next to it but when checking internet speed it shows less than half meg. Pretty annoying

Today I started to get "Mobile data - Disconnected because service is unavailable". No data connection icon will show up on the top but it can show full bars for signal. I'm not sure as I was transiting and sending texts, when the train went into a tunnel with no signal.
I've tried restarting the phone and turning airplane mode on and off but nothing seems to work. Wi-Fi and SMS both work fine.
I'm using a 901e on Telus (HSPA).

hmm eventually it started working again, it could be some downtime on my network. However this problem isn't uncommon with other HTC phones and there isn't really a definite way to solve it :S
My phone is stuck in 2g. Everytime I switch to 3g or 4g my signal will die. Does anyone know what is the fix for this?

add correct APN settings for your carrier in Settings -> Mobile data -> Access point names -> menu -> New APN
I did that but still no signal in 3g and 4g.
