Yes it is. It's just never looked into unless it becomes a serious issue (repeated calls, harassment etc.). However, you've posted proof of it on a public forum so if anyone from Taco Bell were to see this they could, if they wanted, report you and you could be arrested for it. Chances are you'd get told off and probably fined (it's hardly a hardcore offence), but it's perfectly within the law for that to happen.
Honestly, it'd be doing you as much a favour as the forum if this thread just disappeared. I'd certainly remove the "evidence" if I were you.

Be Kind to your fellow man no need to be a **** about it. It's a learning experience if you are really getting upset over the "wrong category" you just shouldn't post there is plenty of other outlets for you.

I don't know what the vibrant forums are like, but in the realm of the almighty nexus mods and admins are constantly moving and deleting threads to the proper section, and it really clutters up the flow of the forum. It also makes it near impossible to find the thread you want...and, if you're like me, you don't want to waste the five minutes you can spare for xda daily on forum sifting.
Posting in the right subforum, AFAIK, are a part of the rules you agreed to by creating an account. I'm probably wrong there, but it would make sense.
BTW, I like the post count Max (1337)
Usually just ignore the *COUGH* jerks *COUGH* but sometimes I have to let a little anger out cause there are seriously a lot of *COUGH* jerks *COUGH* posting in the wrong section, not reading the first post etc... Now you made me mad You happy?

I usually post in Vibrant forums, What i see is there are alot punk kids in the forums (aka younger people) So I take their behavior with a grain of salt, and....... Most of the Galaxy owners believe they have the more noble phone ergo the more purest attitude in the forum.

Reminds me of the idea I had years ago for a sarcasm detector. An app for such would be nice; something to emit a loud beep or vibrate every time someone says or writes something sarcastic, I have many friends/acquaintances who would benefit.
Oh and I wouldn't mind making an android mud client
I would develop an app that cooks for me and washes my clothes!
I would have to buy a lot of android tablets and make a robot out of them haha

Hey guys, recently Engadget hosted a competition known as Insert Coin, where inventors submit their inventions and then they select up to 20 semi-finalists who are then taken to an online vote. After that, the top 10 inventors get sent to New York City to present their inventions and have them judged at Engadget Expand. Then there are two 25K prizes which are awarded to the winner for them to pursue their invention. I have been chosen as one of the semi-finalists and we are currently at the online voting stage.
