[Q] SMS to Desktop?

Is there a application that I can type my SMS messages on my pc and then have them sent through my phone?
It would be nice if the messages I sent from my pc were saved in my messages application.
If anyone could recommend me an application that can do this and is also compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S that would be wicked

Hi,
i was wondering if anyone knows how to display your own profile pic in the STOCK messaging app, because at the moment i can only see the other person's picture which i assigned.
i know this can be done using third party apps such as handcent etc... but i want to use the stock messaging app.
this question is for SGS-I9000 but may possible help other android phones.

[Q] S-pen and Titanium backup failure

Hi All,
This is my first post, please go easy!
I have noticed that when using Titanium Backup to restore all apps (including system apps) after a clean install on my Galaxy Note, that the s-pen memos do not restore properly.
It restores the memos themselves, but not the content, i.e. background only.
I had 1 memo which I typed (instead of using the pen / handwriting method) and this memo was able to be restored by :
-Opening the blank looking memo
-Editing the memo
-Saving the memo
However all of my other memos written using the s-pen only, were all blank after the titanium backup restore process.
Other users have mentioned this issue:

I thought I would post this in case anyone knows of a way to recoved these memos, but also as a warning in case you are relying on Titanium Backup to save you important memos!

[Q] S Memo Retired?

After installing the new XXLRC update for my Galaxy Note, it appears when I open S Memo there is a notification saying that the S Memo has been retired to move into the improved S Note. The S Memo application then disappears from the menu.
S Note didn't import the S Memo files
I had some important files in the S Memo how can I restore them? And why is the S Memo app retired??

The S note should ask you to import S memo files on its first run

It shld ask u. My friend s memo imported well on first change to note

[Q] texting apps with archive feature

Hey All,
Im looking for a texting/sms/mms app that has archive feature (swipe to archive)
Been running the stock messaging app, and i know hangouts does the same thing.
Is there any other ones?

Yaata do it. I think some others also do it.
