Need systemui.apk/odex - Motorola Droid Bionic

Could someone please post their stock systemui.apk and odex files from 5.5.893, it would save me a lot of trouble.
I can't extract it from the 893 system.img for some reason.

I'm not having any luck with your files, Android isn't recognizing them. SystemUI.apk is only 259 kb, isn't it supposed to be larger?

Nope they are that small. Looking at the ones currently installed and running in my /system/app/ and the APK is 259.67 K, the odex is 163.72K. The ones I gave you were the same I used to update to....oh...wait....they are for .886. or whatever the OS before the update in December was. I used that system UI and odex to move to the last OS before the 902 update. :-\ sorry. Wrong system dump. Let me see if I can find you one.
Sent from my Microwave using Tapatalk and super heated water molecules

I honestly can't seem to find a dump for that OS version. :-\ have you tried using one of the flash methods? Or maybe a .902 dump and try putting that systemUI in its place
Sent from my Microwave using Tapatalk and super heated water molecules

No one has this huh? Ok how about the 902 systemui.apk and odex.
Anyone? Please?

gb theme

I have composed a gb theme for the notification bar, lockscreen, and green glow overscroll. You will need to overwrite your frameworkres and system ui. This is highly dangerous as we have no sbf. If i have enough interest, i will post it.
very interested
I'm cloning the Cyanbreak.apk repo in preperation for a port once this bootloader deal gets figured out.
@suzook, if you want help with porting your images over into apks for theme chooser let me know, it's the first thing I learned to do in git.
I'm very much interested. This blue isn't doing it for me. I want my black notification bar and green.

Dude lets do it that's the hole reason I'm ready to get some custom roms . To be able to change up the apperance .but we have no hope right now to do that without the bootloader unlocked or hacked right

Hell yeah I'm interested. Can't wait to get rid of all this blue, lol.

I would love to also ditch this blue bar. Count me in.
I will try and upload tonight. I have been insanely busy at work. I take no responsibility for bricks. This is risky, but i have successfully done this on 4different droids. U can use rootexplorer to over write, or adb push them.

i don't want to scare anyone, but apparently someone who used jewremy's mods to use rootexplorer to overwrite systemui.apk and framework-res.apk bricked their d3, or softbricked anyways. systemui.apk constantly force close bootlooped, and when pulling the battery and restarting he was in bootloop?
check the thread post here

That comment was kinda fresh when Jewremy posted his mods. He suggested after that comment not to use Root Explorer to do his mod. There is now a safer method with his V2 version of Modkit. So much easier. No way to get bricked.
Interested
I need some of that gingerbread black and green, i can't stand all this blue.

Jewremy bricked his d3 yesterday with his own stuff. At least that's what I heard. And if you're on 5.6.890, you really shouldn't do this method

Like i said, its very risky. Btw jewremy bricked his messing with init2....not replacing framework and system. Iv decided not to release till we have sbf, just for everyones safety.
Also extremely interested. I already messed up my contacts anyways and I have more phones so I can hold out till they leak the sbf.

Here you go. It has to be flashed with bootstrap it uses an old binary file.

Will this flash from .605 by chance? Because that would be awesome... Or does this just deodex when on 621?

I wouldn't flash over 605 with it. I'll look and see if I still have the ones for 605 on my hard drive.
This is for those already on .621, I'm assuming a flashable update from 605 to 621 is difficult due to the changes it introduces into the bootloader, but maybe not. I'm mainly interested in 621 for the bug fixes, as I am plagued by random reboots especially when listening to music on every ROM. If I sbf then this zip will be greatly appreciated!

Sbf to 602 root then install ota rootkeeper then take the updates to get you to 621. If you use the 621 sbf you will loose root until someone finds away to root 621.

ICS Soak Push In The AM

Soak is pushing tomorrow AM......... About to FXZ back to .905.........

Ummmm..... I believe Motorola will still push the soak test out. It's possible Verizon pushes it shortly after, but who knows. I think Droid 4 went down that way. Verizon said, "It's here". Soak test next day. Push to end-users the following evening. I could be wrong though. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians.
Yes it's doing an ota today. It's already being pushed. I'm trying to get someone who's rooted to pull it and get me the md5 hash for it.

The OTA update was a bit of an ordeal. Phone was out of commission for an hour and change, but so worth it. Snappy even on the stock launcher, but now that I have Nova installed it's even better. We'll see how battery life works as we go, but initial impression is positive overall.

I figured as much. One minor annoyance is that in trying to go back and re-root after the update, I can't seem to get mass storage switched off, which iirc is a prereq for getting Pete's to work. Anyone have a workaround for this?

Yes. I've verified. What's pushing out is the same as the leak I posted with the House. MD5 is identical.

Um, Pete's root won't work on ICS unless he's updated it. Search for razr's edge. And you're looking for MTP mode in ICS.

am i to remove the /drm and /prov folder?
WCNSS_qcom_wlan_nv.bin is the only .bin file i have
i think everyone will have different issues. here is what i personally did to have wifi working great. i opened persist folder erased everything in it and pasted the file i uploaded in there. then use rsd lite and returned the phone to stock and wiped everything. then simply just rerooted. the bt_nv.bin is auto generated anyway so it can just be erased. but always for safety before erasing files save to external sd.

That's the truth. Working on this theme (and some little tweaks) I've bootlooped this thing 2 twice a day this week, I'm so tired of using lg flash tool to restore, really missing my twrp right now.
On a side note I've been working on a deodex stock for everyone to use a base. I was trying to use the stock kdz file, but ask the extract tools are giving me a corrupt cab file, any tips? I prefer to use the untouched base because I've replaced a lot of files on my phone already so it wouldn't a full stock if i just adb pulled my /system
