Do you have ADB and fastboot software installed in your PC? Either have that or download Android SDK. You can boot your phone via ADB command lines.
Yes I have it but nothing will work the charging lightbwont lightvwont light up orbanything

Can you reach the boot menu by pressing the volume down key while powering on?
Otherwise, try to check if fastboot is able to see your device and flash some new boot and system image
You have a Nexus One, not sure why you're using the Nexus 7 Toolkit..

Yes, installed correct. it show up in the Device Manager list.
Anyway, i go to try this driver. Thanks. Let me know u
hmm. unlucky. Still nothing. Windows take a signal when connecting phone shows on fastboot menu => fastboot usb and adb mode say error device not found:crying:
i scanned my drivers using driver genius v11, i saw android driver named Samsung_Android_4.0_usbdrivers. now i think its something wrong with my boot.img?
When you see fastboot usb, and you type fastboot devices in a terminal, what does it say? ADB only works in recovery or when your ROM is booted, so just focus on fastboot.
it say when N1 is fastboot usb mode "error device not found". thanks for advance. tomorrow i'll be ask more.

Hey guys. Finally my N1 detected in adb mode. Im used Nexus 7 toolkit, downloaded N1 official Rom (i used only boot.img from zip file)
1st ive installed toolkit, then flashed boot.img (from official rom) to /system/ folder. Finally Windows device manager say detected new device and downloading drivers.
Started cmd.exe typed adb shell => adb mode showed HT9**********. Now problem is wont boot. What i do now? :silly:
i hope u can enter fastboot usb mode. if so try flashing any recovery.img

While in fastboot and plugged into use (using our special fastboot)
Code:
fastboot oem fb_mode_clear
That's it, no more Sticky Bit
What exactly does this do.

If you've ever played with fastboot and afterward it booted into fastboot every reboot, this is the fix. If you have or had this problem you know what this does and how annoying it is.
One bit of advice make sure your using a Motorola data cable. I couldn't get this to work without one plus I couldn't do fast boot to push files or nothing

Very True. I've only used the usb cables that came with my Moto Bravo and Atrix HD. I prefer the Bravo one because its about 3 times thicker than the AHD cord. Or a Motorola Factory Cable....I really need to get one of those.
If you look inside your XML of the sbf it sets sticky to on. Then if something messes up during flashing you'll go right back to fastboot to do it all over again. Sometimes it gets stuck on of the off command doesn't execute and that's what the command in OP does.

That explains why I had to use rsdlite. Using an "Onn" usb cable from Walmart and fastboot complains about a download limit then fails on system.img

The Download Size Error is from using the SDK's fastboot. You need to use the snapdragon fastboots or you'll get errors when flashing a lot of our partitions. Those are the only fastboots that fully work for us.
I used the fastboot from your thread, but I put it in the folder of my Kindle tools. That could be it.

thanks for this one. but when i enter adb reboot bootloader it says device not found? what mode shall i go to?

ignore every line below this. ADB should not work in bootloader, only fastboot commands. I did not know this, but hopefully this will help others that my come across this.
So here's some info to get you caught up
I have an HP Envy 17 running Windows 8 - the laptop has 4 USB 3.0 ports. In order for me to get fastboot commands working, I had to use a 'hack' to get Intel USB drivers installed over Microsoft USB drivers. I used this method: http://plugable.com/2012/12/01/windows-8-and-intel-usb-3-0-host-controllers
Performing the USB hack got fastboot commands working and I was able to successfully unlock bootloader, install recovery, and flash ARHD 12.
I now want to S-OFF and update firmware.
My dilemma is that adb commands do not work when the phone is booted into the bootloader, however, fastboot commands do!
ADB works when the phone is booted to the OS.
Does anyone have any recommendations for this situation, or have you experienced the same problem and found a solution?
That's how it's suppose to be.... Adb works while phone is booted up or in custom recovery... Fastboot works in fastboot mode
Yeah that's true. When in bootloader only the fastboot commands work

Hello everyone!
I just flashed the Android Revolution ROM (5.1 version) and it wouldn't boot properly- (I was using twrp and had S-Off) afterwards I flashed clockworkmod to see if maybe twrp was the issue...
Now my phone will only boot into fastboot and refuses to reboot or boot into recovery.. I'm totally out of ideas and the toolkits I've used in the past don't seem to be of any use.
If anyone has any clue or tip then I would greatly appreciate it!
Hi.
I'm in the same situation as this poor fella (only fastboot, no CWM recovery) except my situation might be even worse as I'm running Windows 8.1, this stupid OS which prevents to use fastboot. I know there is a solution to make it work on W8.1, but unfortunately there is no USB 3.0 port on my computer so I can't use the Intel driver workaround.
So right now my phone is stuck on the bootloader screen and I really don't know what to do anymore.
I'm freaking out at the fact that I've lost my primary phone...argh. I wish I never quickly went for the 4.4 roms.. been giving me trouble
Well.. I flashed twrp through fastboot using Hasoon's HTC Toolkit and it looks like it worked but.. when trying to boot into recovery it freezes then cycles through rebooting..
Had these issues too, only option was ruu to get my phone back up and running.

1. Download a fresh copy of the latest twrp 2.6.3.3 from here ------> http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7
2. Throw that recovery image into your fastboot folder and rename it twrp
Fastboot erase cache
Fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
Fastboot erase cache
Fastboot reboot-bootloader
Sometimes that erase cache command does the trick

Forgive my ignorance but I've only been using Toolkits and have no clue on how to run commands through the command prompt..
But I am willing to learn! Where exactly would you recommend me looking into to get this working?
(I have the SDK manager and HTC usb files if that helps?)

Kindle Fire HD 7'' Red Screen
Hello, I came here to see if I can get some help with fixing my KFHD. The problem is, everytime I boot it, it shows a red screen and I have a fastboot cable so any assistance will be great.
hey mate. I have exactly the same problem. .did you solve it?

Red screen I believe is a mismatched boot loader issue best I recall, I think using the fast boot cable and a restore utility is the quick fix.
