Hi I was trying to flash my note with stock rom N7000ZSLA2, the process completed for maybe 98% then failed with the error "Complete(write) operation failed!"
Now my note cannot get into recovery mode, and Kies wont recognize it, i can only get into download mode.
When I try turn on the phone, the screen shows "softward update failed" and the phone wont turn off. It keeps restarting and shows "software update failed"
I tried flash other stock rom with no success, I keep getting the same error "Complete(write) operation failed"
I tried different USB port and cable and restart Odin but nothing worked.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Thanks!

If a different usb port and/or a different version of odin or heimdall doesn't work, I'm afraid you might be bricked and the only other option is to get the motherboard replaced at a samsung service centre.

I have a problem with my phone. It doesnt boot only if i have connected it on usb or on the charging cable. When its off, the battery flashes on the screen even thought i am not charging the phone. In download mode i can`t update and this is what happens:
--Install from sdcard...
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E:failed to open /sdcard/update.zip (no such file or directory)
E: signature verification failed
Installation aborted
I cant connect the phone to pc, it doesn`t recognized it and this happens on all pcs that i`ve tryed. Its like the drives are not installing properly. Can someone tell me what i need to do?
go in download mode and flash hardcore kernel 12c this will give you back 2e recorvery which will then allow you to flash the unsigned zip that you are trying to install.
Even if the phone is in donwload mode, i still cant connect it to the pc. It says that the driver has not been instaled or that is a mallfunction
try uninstalling Kies and the Samsung drivers, then reinstalling Kies to restore them.
or try a different pc or differnt usb port if the phone goes into download mode it is ok.. it is your pc causing the issue.. although most new bootloaders are now 3e which will not let you install an unsigned zip as you have seen.. if you use speedmod or cfroot you can get back 2e recovery which will let you flash unzigned zips inclockwork
I tryed connecting at different pcs and i cant. It is the same for all. Can i find a download update for 2e and that will work?

I did that too and still the pc does not recognizes it. I don`t know i did but now the phone starts normal with a little issue: if a take off the battery and put it back again the phone starts as i put it back. I didn`t try to connect it to the pc cause i am afraid it will crash again.

Hi,
I assume that you have the right ROM for your phone. Before you start the update, you must enter the Bootloader mode. Turn it off, press the volume down and plug the micro USB.

Hi,
When you in Bootlooader mode and after connected USB cable at the bottom you have description Serial or USB? If you have drivers installed properly you shold have USB and after that you can start install process.
My Phone shows USB connection mode and the drivers are all installed. Still cannot get what the problem is.
I tried to change the phone to the original rom and in the middle of the process it failed and a screen with a message appeared saying "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again.". I saw some videos saying that you can enter the download mode and fix it with odin but I can't enter. Also I read that if you can't enter the download mode is because of the bootloader, I found a rom with the PIT, PDA, CSC, BOOTLOADER and PHONE files but the problem is that when I plug it to the pc it doesn't even recognize the phone, not even a message saying that windows couldn't recognize it and I have all the drivers installed or the typical sound that the pc makes when you plug something in the usb port. I don't know what to do.
Today i was updating my s10 exynos and during the flashing via odin i accidentaly disconnected the cable and the proccess failed
after i got an exclamation mark erros saying "an error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the emergency recovery function in the smart switch pc software"
I tried using this but nothing happend ( i tried reinstalling the device drivers).
plss help

How did you get into download mode? I have the same error and cannot get into the download mode
Edit: I fixed with my Z3x Samsung Tool Pro Box
Hello,
I have a somewhat aged Idol 4 lying here.
This no longer boots or it hangs in the boot loop.
So I tried to install an update via a stock rom from the network via the recovery menu and ADB sideload and always got the error status 7. (Alcatel_Idol_4_6055K_01001_01002_OTA)
Resetting the system didn't help here either.
Then I tried to install TWRP on the device.
But unfortunately both methods that I tried failed.
Once via Sahara & firehose-test and the second was Suger QCT via the download mode.
But both of them got the error message NPRG Error 5002.
I have installed suitable USB drivers.
So my question, does anyone have a tip for me on how I could get the device revived?
And Sorry for my bad english

Hello, I deleted my system from twr without realizing what I was doing, the result is that I stay on the Alcatel logo. My steps were, the installation of sugar, when it starts not to update the application. Choose the 6055 model, since the 6055P model that is mine does not appear in the drop-down. Before starting sugar, turn off the mobile completely and connect it off to the usb of the pc, check if when connecting it the pc does not detect it, use another cable (there are many cables that only serve to charge and not to read on the pc) Now start sugar, choose the model and click on the Udgrade tab. You will surely get several messages saying that the mobile has been modified and that you lose the guarantee, go ahead accepting the message, in a few minutes you will have it ready. Greetings.

Hello, thanks for the answer and the download.
I've tried the same way. I still downloaded your file and tried as you described.
Unfortunately I got the same error NPRG Error 5002 again.
Unfortunately I have no idea where the problem could be.
I found out that it could be a memory error.
As if a flash process had failed and there is no longer a correct series of partitions.
So I would need a complete original rom and would have to flash it via fastboot.
I could also try it via twrp, but I don't get this flashed.
And I don't have a complete original rom either.
Hello,
So I have now been able to flash the phone with another PC with Sugar QCT after it suddenly started up after the battery was completely empty and I charged it again.
But unfortunately the boot problem persists after turning off the phone again.
Even after replacing the battery with a new one.
Then I tried to flash TWRP via the Alcatel Flasher.
The flash process was successful but there was no TWRP on it after the reboot.
So the problem could still be somewhere else than just the firmware.

Hello, it may be that you are making the same mistake that I made when installing recoveri. When selecting the recovery, note that the twr is the one that weighs about 14 mb and the original one about 24 mb. I think that when you make a copy with the recovery program and then install the twr you select it wrong. In the program, do not make the copy of the recovery, skip that step and go directly to install and select the 14 mb file. You will see that this is the problem. Cheers
