[Q] Changing Image of Captivate Lockscreen

There is a setting for changing lock screen image under Settings > Display > Wallpapers > Lock screen wallpaper > Gallery... after saving the image, it doesn't seem to work (lock screen wallpaper is still my home screen wall paper)
I've read a lot of posts that points to the direction of using market apps such as lock bot and what not, but can't I use this way to set my lock screen wallpaper?
Running Perception 10.3, can't post it in that thread because I have below 10 post.
p/s: I've searched before I post, saw this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=735849 but it's kind of old and I don't think I want to revive it.

seems to only work if you are using glass unlock..

Thanks so much for the information, then I guess I'll check out other apps or just settle without changing it.

windows animation and transition animations

hi guys, on sparparts i can set windows animation and transition animations... is there a trick to set them to fast on initial setup without setting them in spareparts? i want the settings make default in my rom without using spareparts. thx for help.

if the option was in your stock settings.. then why would they make a app and include that option?
Spare Parts allows you to enable some settings
that are not found in the default setting menu

the option for "fast" remains after reboot, it stays like that.
and last but not least, wrong section.

[Q] Removing the menu bar?

Hey guys I was wondering if there is a way to remove the 3 dot menu bar that comes up when you open an app. I downloaded the Logo menu kernel and don't see a use for it as it takes up so much room on the screen. Did I miss a setting or option? Thanks again everyone!

Are you running a custom Rom? If so go into display settings and turn on long press back button for menu. That shuts off the black bar

Crt and Lockscreen ANimation

This is an app which all those who have/had used Nameless Rom would have Know
Screen Off and Lock
I have not done made this application and am not responsible for anything that happens with your device. bla,bla,bla.......
I am Sharing this app so that the ones who not know about this and want there device to have a Screen Off animation Can use this.
It does Not require Root so Stock Devices can also use it
How to Use
1.Install :silly:
2.Open Screen Off and Lock Settings and select enable.
3.Customize the way you want
FOR CRT off animation Select Old TV Style.
If you guys have problem.
Go to System Settings > Developer options > Transition animation", and then select 1x for this option

Question How can I turn off new ''end of scroll'' effect?

I really hated that effect with new android 12. I just look developer section but didnt find anything related that. How can I turn off that effect?
