There are many many threads about this.
This one for example: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1068039
And I am affraid you have to go to a Samsung Service Center....
Are there some errors in odin, when you try to flash a new firmware i.e. stock firmware or roto's firmware?

If you can't get into download mode, that tab is hard bricked and will need a JTAG-based restore operation to return it back to operation. If you have a P1000, you could also attempt the Unbrickable Mod by Adam. It's somewhere on the forums. That requires extremely good soldering skills, to the point of removing an 0402? resistor. Services exist to help you with a JTAG restore for a nominal fee of about $50. I can't recommend any, but I'm sure Google can help you out.
did you find a solution to your issue? I flashed a wrong pit too with no where to go now.

Help unbrick s3 mini I8200

after I installed WIPE_I8190.ZIP via odin on my s3 mini I8200 says "firmware upgrade encountered an issue... " & it keeps on rebooting endlessly so I'm unable to get into download mode nor recovery mode. Please I need your help
Try flashing a stock rom via odin. DO NOT use 8190 stuff for 8200's as they are totally different.
