Hello all ! Well I use to use Ninesky but I wanted to give a try to Opera mobile.
I also like it but I'm wondering... why can't it play videos on Youtube ?
Thanks for your informations.

I use dolphin HD and it can play videos and its a lot faster than opera.

Actually Ninesky can too. ;-) But I would like to know why Youtube's video cannot be played with Opera mobile.
Sorry for being curious about that.

If you play it from m.youtube.com, it will shows error something like "the protocol is not supported"
But if you open www.youtube.com (desktop version) the video can be played

I think it depends on which user agent you use. In advanced options you can choose if you want to use 'desktop' or 'mobile'.
Also in advanced option you can choose if Abode Flash files should be opend after clicking on it, automaticaly or you can turn flash off.
I'm sure that opera mobile can play videos from youtube and other tubes too

Yes it says something like that but do you know why ? Why Opera don't support that protocol in mobile user agent ?
Sent from my LG-P970 using xda premium
my guess is that opera does not support flash, or doesn't come with the plugin.
Trolling in the deep
Actually I was very happy with the option of using Desktop Agent, because many sites redirect you to mobile version if they detect stock browser or other mobile browsers, and the mobile version is very different and in some cases very limited.
But with the option Desktop Agent as far as I know any kind of tube works flawlessly. As for Dolphin, perhaps it's matter of ROMs, but in my experience it turned slower than Opera.

When you install it seems to install another app called jumpertest I think its a error log thing or something but if anyone can figure out how to remove it that would be awesome.

Very cool, thanks!
Yourwelcome it runs pretty smooth but make shure you don't hav a lot of apps running at once.

Did you see accounts access required to run this during install seems odd that a music player would need to use the credentials of an acount.

Ahh, it should say that in the original post. I just finished trying to incorporate it into the ROM directly via 7zip and it didn't work that way either. Oh well.
Sorry about that will edit the first post.

does this work with no bugs? Or is it unstable?
sorry.. but does the thread title look like 'horny'comb to anyone else? (since missing the 'e'). Between this one and noobnl's "CM Nighty" thread... quite a challenge to my level of maturity.
thx for posting!
Edit: thanks, now I just have noobnl's thread to giggle at.
Thanks for saying that I mispelled it haha you don't seem very mature... your welcome for posting.

A new music player from Motorola made it’s way onto XDA this weekend courtesy of member phoezies, that we’re super excited about. While we’re still not sure exactly where it came from, it’s possible that it came from either the new Blur found on the BIONIC, but is more likely from the CLIQ 2. Talk about the ultimate media player though. Not only does it control your entire music library, it also has FM radio and SHOUTcast capabilities, lets you play videos and search YouTube, brings TuneWiki into the fun, and even lets you identify songs using SoundHound. Highly recommended.

I guess not! My bad
Anyone knows how to add video to play with this app? I can't seem to add my videos on it.
This is the most feature packed music app i've ever seen, granted i've not seen a ton of them . Love how it auto finds the words for most of my songs. Shoutcast, top 50 songs by region, etc. VERY nice app. Don't know why the devs aren't incorporating this into all the roms.
This music app is beast! Thanks for posting it
Is there any method by which i can define my startup android processes on stock rom. There are so many services that i dont use but they are constantly running like i dont use hotmai or gmail app instead i use the stock email app and hs merged my accounts. So beside uninstalling them i want to limit all such messengers and other apps.

You can freeze them using TB or use autostarts or Rom toolbox's auto start manager to disable the receivers which will stop the apps from starting on boot and various other criterias

Well i bet tizen would be having that feature and you will be the first to switch. You people were among those who boast about and show loyalty to symbian and were the first to switch to android. So its not advicable to negatively propogate about the upcoming stuff without evidence.
I am an optimist and will always be.

Does it work for you now? I can access it just fine. Could have been google servers resetting after the play store was hacked and crashed.

Have you tried connecting through wifi? It took a long time to load up the first time i tried and I had full bars on LTE. Just guessing here since it looks like your signal is not as strong.
I tried wifi also still no success

Here is a list of things you can try to fix the timeout issue. Have you messed with time and date settings? Or daylight savings might have caused a sync error with google servers? Good luck
Ok here is the work around I found if you go to Google play music app info and un install the updates for it . Then go back to Google play store click music it works for me.

When using the stock Oreo ROMs, while viewing streaming videos in Samsung's internet browser, you could long press on the video, and an option to save the video would appear. You could also have the video pop out into a separate floating window. Both these options are missing in the One UI beta. Has anyone figured out a way to re-enable them?
