This is the bootanimation made from the sense 3.0 weather video. It's alittle on the bulky side but uses high quality images.
Use root explorer and paste in the /system/media folder

[BOOTANIMATION] Kungfu Panda

Pu the Kungfu Panda will stare at you while your Android is booting
rename file to bootanimation.zip
Copy bootanimation in system/customize/resouce
Change permission for User to Read & Write. Permission for remaining 2 categories to Read.

Edit: Boot animation runs once then gives black screen for a few seconds if anyone knows what i need to change the desc.text values too make it loop let me know

Yup posted this over 8 months ago and didn't get any replies or many downloads so i didnt maintain it. It was also uploaded to megaupload before that kerfuffle so thats probably why they are down

Facebook app inspired Bootanimation

Hi,
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR LOVELY DEVICE!!!​
I decided to make a bootanimation of something, when I realised that most of us use facebook. So i made a bootanimation for Android which is Facebook-like
TO INSTALL!!!
- Download bootanimation.zip
- Put bootanimation.zip in phone SD card
- Get root explorer from market or google
- Open root explorer and find bootanimation.zip
- then go to this directory: system/media
- MAKE SURE R/W is on!! ( DO THIS FROM TOGGLE AT THE TOP )
- Paste it!!!!
- Click R/O ( DO THIS FROM TOGGLE AT THE TOP )
- REBOOT and Enjoy!!
THIS IS FOR HDPI 480x800PIXEL screens...

- Nexus S
- Galaxy S/SII
- ZTE blade
- Acer Liquid E
- HTC Desire/HD
- iPhone 4s ( what what? Jokes not really )

iMac Startup Android Boot Animation - iAndroid

Hi,
The latests creation in my Bootanimations... This one is based off the iMac start up screen. It is the minimalistic grey spinner with the Android logo inside.
How to install -
Remember HDPI 480x800pxls Only ( Not long till MDPI, qHD and XHDPI are supported )
- Download bootanimation.zip
- Put bootanimation.zip in phone SD card
- Get root explorer from market or google
- Open root explorer and find bootanimation.zip
- Copy bootanimation.zip
- then go to this directory: system/media
- MAKE SURE R/W is on!! ( DO THIS FROM TOGGLE AT THE TOP )
- Delete exisitng ones
- Paste it!!!!
- Click R/O ( DO THIS FROM TOGGLE AT THE TOP )
- REBOOT and Enjoy!!
