Hi all sifu, I had accidentally uninstalled the titanium backup. But when I want to install back, it shown not enough storage space, but in fact I still have 500mb in my internal storage.. anyone know how to solve it?

Hi, you need to delete odex file com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup-1.odex or same from /data/app directory, and don't do that in system/app on no account.

Hi, thanks for your reply. But my /data folder is empty ooh.. fyi, I install titanium backup from play store initially as the custom Rom didn't have it..

Are you sure that you check correct way of /data folder? It's not on SD card, but on internal phone memory. Use Root explorer or same.

I've checked it with ES Explorer and found nothing too, but using Root explorer I've got it. Can't attached image, but have it and can prove.

Other way you can activate root explorer function in ES Explorer settings, after what I've success to find required file.

I believe it has hidden directories where stuff are stored....
I give up writing anymore signatures.
Can't you see these in root explorer?
This used to have the full 25MB free. Space only ever used when downloading apps.

You sure nothing exists in your download folder ?

Maybe something in the dalvik cache folder.but root explorer can't read some directories many a times

All I can see in any of the folders is the small log file.

Root explorer might not show everything.
Maybe try listing all files and directories in there with adb?

There seems to be a symbolic link between sdcard0 and extsdcard. Usually this wouldn't be a problem but it is showing duplicates of my music

For anyone who has the same issue. I fixed it by hiding extsdcard from mediascanningservice with ES file explorer
I don't know why I didn't think of that earlier

Hiding in the folder is a temp fix between reboots but as a perminent fix you can remove the read permissions of extsdcard

Hi. Accidentally I factory reset my phone. But I forgot to tack backup. Is there anyway to get contact and message on the phone.
Thanks in advance and sorry for my English.
I have installed THIS app. But I forgot to take backup.
If you didn't backed then nothing can be done to bring back your msg(s) and contact(s). From now always save a new contact to your google account

Try some recovery softwares? I formatted my Ext SD card by mistake & was able to recover most of the files. I think it should work the same with Intr Memory too (have not tried this personally). But I dont know where exactly the contacts file is saved. Try Stellar phoenix or Wondershare recovery. Sorry, if that don't work, but you can give a try
What exactly is stored in "Other"? I've got over 6gb stored in there and would like to free up some space.

Yeah I'm guessing it's just the OS then, I'm still stock un-rooted. Haven't found the need to root and room yet.

It says I have 25gig not 32gig,
I think the sdcard mount isn't correct.
Any help would be very much appreciated

But my sdcard mount is incorrect and when trying to install custom icons and tweaks it fails because the sdcard isn't numbered/correct name.

from what I see there is no problem with you sdcard. You have the same amount of storage as everyone (25.5 gig) and your sdcard is correctly emultaed in /data/media/0
Excellent thank you, it must be an issue with twrp or the Rom
Just a thought it the path correct?
