Hi. Accidentally I factory reset my phone. But I forgot to tack backup. Is there anyway to get contact and message on the phone.
Thanks in advance and sorry for my English.
I have installed THIS app. But I forgot to take backup.
If you didn't backed then nothing can be done to bring back your msg(s) and contact(s). From now always save a new contact to your google account

Try some recovery softwares? I formatted my Ext SD card by mistake & was able to recover most of the files. I think it should work the same with Intr Memory too (have not tried this personally). But I dont know where exactly the contacts file is saved. Try Stellar phoenix or Wondershare recovery. Sorry, if that don't work, but you can give a try

Hi all sifu, I had accidentally uninstalled the titanium backup. But when I want to install back, it shown not enough storage space, but in fact I still have 500mb in my internal storage.. anyone know how to solve it?

Hi, you need to delete odex file com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup-1.odex or same from /data/app directory, and don't do that in system/app on no account.

Hi, thanks for your reply. But my /data folder is empty ooh.. fyi, I install titanium backup from play store initially as the custom Rom didn't have it..

Are you sure that you check correct way of /data folder? It's not on SD card, but on internal phone memory. Use Root explorer or same.

I've checked it with ES Explorer and found nothing too, but using Root explorer I've got it. Can't attached image, but have it and can prove.
Sent from my Desire HD using xda premium
Other way you can activate root explorer function in ES Explorer settings, after what I've success to find required file.

They find their way over in this folder:
After installing these two apps, i am now out of space again, not knowing how or why. Please someone help me
EDIT: after looking again, i have found that my apks from the linked apps go in this folder
which clearly says i have enough room.
Link2Sd
I'm sorry never had much experience with apps2sd. But since the beginning of time i'v been using Link2Sd and it has never disappointed me. Highly recommended to everyone wishing to save internal memory and with additional features as well (Uninstall system apps, Move Whole Apps to Sd Card, "Link" some files of even some system apps to sd-ext etc etc)
Sorry, my bad....i am using link2sd lol

In that case your /system partition may be getting full. Confirm it by going to storage info in link2sd n then delete useless system apps, using link2sd, which u dont need. U can take guidence about which apps to delete safely from a thread by shankay on the respective subject.

Hello all.
As you can see from my pic, I have some large log files in the directory shown. Couple of questions:
What creates them?
Can I delete them?
I have performed so many rom flashes and seem to always have decreasing internal memory. I am looking to see what may cause it. P.s. Its not my nandroid backups
Thanks guys ♡

What exactly is stored in "Other"? I've got over 6gb stored in there and would like to free up some space.

The OS, and everything else that's not apps, pictures and videos, music.
Other will be all you backups like nandroids, TB, any files or rom zip files on your phone

Yeah I'm guessing it's just the OS then, I'm still stock un-rooted. Haven't found the need to root and room yet.

Ok I rooted a few months ago and have noticed this odd assortment of symbols. Can anyone tell me what it is and how to fix it? I would search but have no idea what to search for. Directing me to where I can get help for this is also appreciated

This is the first time seeing this issue. So you rooted and did not flash a rom? Make a nandroid backup and try dirty flashing the stock rom for the version you are on now or full wipe and try out a custom rom.

I flashed a rom, and then noticed this. Then I flash a different rom and it was still there.

Try completely erasing phone (format data in recovery), the phone will be completely blank including user storage, so backup downloads, pics, etc. you will need to sideload a rom in recovery to get up n running again.
