Try full wipe and cache wipe,
It might help you out...

Beware, that alfs kernel comes in two versions, you must use the cm7 version, did you?

PrimeHD 8.0 requires GDX version of Alfskernel.

EDIT 2: Its an old thread... -.-
maybe try to read this tread!
Hey guys i have an xperia x8 running gingeredx v029 and alfs kernel v08a. I installed jimdem tweak package 24.1 lite and when i try to open wifi it does open but it doesnt show and networks at all, even if i scan for them. After 20-30 seconds WiFi closes on its own. What can i do?
Theres a bug with The jimdemdroid tweaks that the wifi doesnt work with some roms...
Well it used to work for v028 for me...
Maybe with v029 theres a bug...
Anyways pm eagleeyetom if you dont get a solution..
Okay thanks a lot!
Hello
I got an old SonyEricsson x8 (e15i) ..
Done all the stuff of rooting and unlocking boot loader ..
I wanted to install the best & newest ROM ..
i got 2 ( PrimeHD 10 & MiniCM 10 ) both on nAa Kernel ..
So I flashed nAa v 2.6.32 into the device .. then Installed PrimeHD 10 through Recovery menu (( with all kind of formatting and resitting ))
Everything was fine .. just one Problem .. WiFi in NOT turning on !!!
I tried a lot re-flashing an re-installing
I installed MiniCM 10 .. the same problem remains
is the problem from Kernel itself ? is there any fix ? (( I searched a lot for this before posting ))
Pleasw help me
Thnx
** sorry for my bad English
For primeHD >nAa 2.6.29.6 kernel
For miniCM10 >nAa jb 05
Sent from my E15i
on jb .32 kernel, did you format system cache and data? try doing that after wiping then install minicm 10. i've never had wifi issues with that rom+kernel combo. wifi actually works great.
also, did you add any tweaks?
Just because i don't doesn't mean i can't.
