will allow the Bionic to operate with ANT+ devices.
I am running with a rooted stock ROM and enabled my radio to run on GSM fro my Bionic.
The WiLink7.0 chip is capable of ANT+ yet it is not active.

Dual-mode phones (like some Blackberries) can use a wireless LAN to make a cellular phone call and switch to cellular when WiFi is out of range. My understanding is that in order to do this, you need not only the hardware/software, but your carrier has to support it (supposedly only T-Mobile is offring it in NA).
However I read somewhere, that with certain software like BeWip (http://www.bewip.com/en-us/info/default.aspx) the Kaiser can do it with any carrier.
Has anyone tried this? Can it be done?
Noone tried this yet?
My Vogue is Alltel, however I was migrated to Verizon when they bought Alltel. I still am on an 'Alltel Plan' and have not done anything to my phone. I know Alltel uses aGPS but just read here that Verizon only allows GPS. Will I have issues getting my GPS to work if I switch to an Android ROM on NAND?
Hi guys,
I have a Verizon CDMA Galaxy Tab and as all we now there are problems installing Euro firmwares on it because of the HW differences (gsm module replaced by cdma).
No that there are WIFI only editions around do you think it could possible to flash one of this on the CDMA tab?
This means loosing CDMA features only mantaining WIFI but this is not a problem.
It is like converting a CDMA one into the new WIFI tabs but with the ability to flash new firmwares...
What do you think?
Hi Guys,
I am working on a way to enable the AWS HSPA bands for the ATT / Canadian variant of the HTC One.
On the Samsung S3 / S4 / Note 2, one would enable RNDIS mode on their device, connect it to their computer, and the phone would then display in hardware manager under com ports. From there, you could access the Qualcomm QPST software and modify the deep-level modem firmware as you see fit.
Is it possible on the HTC One to enable whatever mode necessary so that I can begin the next steps for this project?
Tried #*0011#* and *#7284#, no such menus as in samsung. Looks like HTC secret codes are either different, or HTC has blocked them out completely somehow.
Based on the same radio chip as Samsung, the potential is definitely there.
at this point it seems the only way to get access to the deep radio firmware to change the bands are if the phone is S-OFF. there is a solution in the works currently for S-OFF and once that has happened then everything will probably go off the chain until then your just going to have the live without the AWS signal, though other than for the 64gb intl version of the ONE, one can only wonder why you didnt purchase an tmobile HTC one to begin with.
Any idea if anyone got this to work on ANY HTC phone?
I'm a little confused on the FM Radio on the Sprint Nexus 6. Sprint's description of the phone says it has it built in, but when I download the NextRadio app and it says FM Radio is Unavailable.
Is there something I'm missing on activating this or should it just work right out of the box?
Thanks and have a great day!
Don't know why or how or how the Sprint model could have different hardware from the GPS or Moto-direct models. AFAIK no N6 has built-in FM radio.
