Does anyone have experience with the traffic information option in the Sygic navigation app for Android. I'm using this app on my DHD and I am doubting whether or not to expand it with traffic info (EUR 10/p year).
Is it any good, up to date, quick etc? Preferably a reaction on this from The Netherlands.

It's just a simple and stupid question. Maybe many people like me to travel around the world with your TP, and you might have installed world clock app already, I did so, but be frank I did appreciate no one world clock app available so far.
And I thought since there is built-in weather tab in my TP, then why there is no app which can combine clock with weather tab, then you don't have to switch between different app and check the weather and time zoom of your destination.
Is there any one can share idea ?
The app in question is called "snowstorm" I found this in the market so make no claim to it !
Snowstorm will locate your position right down to small villages so is the perfect app for people annoyed with HTC's weather app.
So other than perfect location what else is there ? Skins ,plenty to choose from ! Choice of widgets , direct link to the main app (seven day forcast) when you click on the widget , easy to configure and lots of options, you can even choose the colour of the text on your widget so its visible whatever wallpaper your using.
One thing I like but others may find annoying is that the widget doesn't show the current weather, as standard it shows the weather in six hour segments, so what you see (depending on the widget ) is the weather in the next six hour segment say 12pm to 6am, you don't see what you can see by looking outside ! IMHO much more handy.
Oh the best thing about it ?
It's free !!!!
There's an app called 'Weather from Yr' which uses the same weather source (yr.no) and is a bit better IMO.
cheers! will have a look
Hi,
Which is the Best Digital Clock for SGN that shows clock, weather, week number, with date and week. Also clicking on it should take to alarm setting.
I am also searching for a world clock version on this, means should be able to display current city and selected city time.
Regards
P Rao.
Try simiclock, its customizable with all the features you asked for, plus battery.
It's what I use and I love it.

Does anyone know if you can enable quick setting in the notification bar? To enable/disable things like wifi, bluetooth, etc.
I found this quick settings app apparently imported from Sense 5, but I have Sense 5 and don't see these quick setting anywhere...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2183614
At least two ROMs have this so far (Trickdroid and Renovate). They're not 4.2 quick settings, more like the toggles you get in CyanogenMod and Touchwiz (which is a superior implementation anyway, imo).
I don't know if anyone has it as a mod for the stock ROM.
I see. Hopefully we either get 4.2 soon or someone will release an add-on for the stock Rom... It's really annoying...
If you want to add a CM style quick settings to your notification bar without committing to a ROM with it added, I can highly recommend Power Toggles from the Play Store. Highly configurable and works a treat.

+1 to this. Coming from an S2 I really missed this feature. Power toggles does the job almost perfectly, with the only downside being that you have to have an icon in the notification bar. You can make it transparent but it's still there. I prefer to have the battery monitor icon so I can see battery percentage. Something else I missed

Looking for a few widgets for my android car MTCD unit, the widgets i am looking for are:
- widget which show current (gps) speed in Kph
- widget which show the current streetname you are currently traveling on
- widget which show the current max allowed speed (kph) of the street you are on.
- widget which shows currently played music title of stock radio, music, dab app etc
The widgets should be preferable adjustable in size and in transparency.
Does someone know if these widgets exist and how thethey are called so i can find them?
Yes I would also like to know. Especially the widget which shows the current streetname you are currently traveling on.
Anyone?
You have posted in the wrong area. Here we speaking over "android auto" and not over some android devices. If you have Android auto I would say you must looking after the OBD2AA app from Emil. The app have a feature for the streetname. You must looking after a navigation app with the features you want.
