guys i need your help...one week ago my european unbranded tab suddlenty died after repartitioned with wrong pit and flash with jmk (only download mode and samsung logo) Now,i try the new gingerbread with bootloaders, odin done his job,now i have is coming into recovery but new things come up....
E:Error in/cache/recovery/sec_cscs.zip (status 7) Instalation aborded (this after odin finish and restart)...
I put in recovery and is coming E:cant open directory/system/app/ (no such file or directory) copy applications failed
wipe cache- E:format_volume:rfs format failed on/dev/block/stl11
cache wipe complete
wipe date- the same as above but /mncblkop2
/stl10
/stl11
Do you thing we can revive this device?

It looks like you have a signed bootloader.
I could revive my tab as followed:
Go to http://www.samfirmware.com/ download the JJ4 firmware, flash that firmware, including rom, modem & CSC with partition on.
Your Tab will probably come to life then.
Then you can upgrade from there on, if you like.
I hope this will work for you too.

but no one of these helped. Some only let me use the DL mode, others would reactivate the soft buttons, but no chance for get a Android boot :/

Just follow what rwa66 said, I had exacly the same issue and he helped me getting my tab up and running:
1- Download and flash JJ4
Your tab might be still stuck on the boot logo. Just turn it off, then go to download.
2 Flash GB 2.3.3 (following Chainfire instructions ) and your tab will boot normally.

JJ4 is a full ROM it should resolve the csc errors. Even if your tab doesn't boot or gets stuck on boot, flash again GB 2.3.3

the trick,i believe,is after odin is finish to flash ginger is to to put direcly in download mode (without loading) to flash adbdata.....thank you tupo5 and to all wonderful team

i have same error..
i have a samsung galaxy tab verizon cdma. sch-i800.
but in 99% stop in MOVINAND... not show error...
i have disconnect manualy. and show this error...

man,really i dont know much about verizon,t-mobil,i have european tab...but about movinant failed because you use wrong pit with that rom you flash(maybe i am wrong but it happend to me)
I'm in a similar situation. Battery ran out during Odin process. Now it won't acknowledge the Tab when plugged in. I've put it on charge but still nothing. Is there any way I can solve this?
leave odin on,your tab conected and wait for odin to find yout tab(minutes,hours)
try first with wall charger few hours.....and then follow instructions on this topic or whatever you want to do

The issue is that my screen is completely blank. Can't get it even in to download mode. No combination of buttons does anything and connecting it to the computer doesn't even trigger that a usb device has been connected.
Is the only option to just leave it there with Odin?

Help please I need a step by step guide to using odin.
My phone crashed big time it boots to the galaxy s screen then freezes goes black and vibrates. I worked out I cant put it in download or recovery mode so I got a jig that puts it to download mode. (Yellow triangle android man) I have Odin but can't find out what version of the stock app I need and where to find it and I have no idea how to use it when I do with Odin. My phone is useless. I didn't try to flash or root it, it just went like that when I uninstalled a theme. Please help I'm so sick of trying to fix this!

I turned my phone OFF yesterday and today i turned it on and it is STUCK on at&t logo...
How do i fix this OR How do i Downgrade to a lower firmware?
I saw the program ODIN, but i have SO MUCH TROUBLE on that.
I CANT go into recovery mode BUT i can go into download mode.
PLEASE HELP ME

Yeah that happened to me so many times ,, if download mode and recovery are working we can do this ,, your gonna have first to download a stock rom ,, there is a thread idk where actually on the note forum that has stock roms or you can go to samfirmware.com and download one from there ,, after you finish downloading , boot the phone in download mode and flash the rom in odin thats how i solved my issue many times

Im a newbie in this, while I was trying to download the CWM using ODIN, it said "fail" in a red square, so I disconnected the mobile to try again but I only ended with a screen with "pc ! mobile"
Just another download mode.
Use odin to flash GB Stock Safe v5 from overcome package.
