[Q] Serious problems with optimus 2x...

Hi .. am facing weird problems with my mobile.. It started of yesterday suddenly when i tried to unlock the device . I was using kang's RC1-80 + Etana's 28 march LOC kernel (default values- no undervolting or overclock)
1. doesn't wake after locked (major problem)
2. frequent hang ups
3. accelerometer not working
4. media playing too fast and no sound
I have tried different Roms - Kang's build of cyanogen(GB), Nova-HD, MIUI GB (with and without etana's kernel).
I have also tried raising the minimum frequency to 503mhz but of no avail.
Can you suggest some solution and help trace the problem.

You think maybe it's hardware?
Why not trying to return the phone to full stock with smartflash? If it's still acting weird can you still return it on warranty?

Thanks for the reply.. I tried flashing with smartflash to stock rom but still the same problem persists. I will be taking it to service centre then..

Maybe if it starts suddenly it can be something unusually, sdcard, sim card, or try other kernels. Maybe problem with recovery (but stock rom should help).

issue with mobile network

i have issue with network and it get disconnected after some times for 50 sec and some time it change to flight mode after i installing new firmware.
am using gingerbird 2.3.4 arabic[/SIZE]

what modem are you using? just flash a new jellybean rom like this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1747042 you probably have a problem with the rom

WiFi error after flashing kernel

Hi there,
I am experiencing a problem which I did not had with my other devices before.
When I try to flash a new kernel (Team Seven kernel stable) my WiFi stops working.
When I try to turn it on, it says 'Error'.
I have seen some other threads around which reported the same, but they were from other devices, with different (complicated) answers.
I wonder what this problem could be, and how to solve it.

UPDATE: Problem solved.
I tried to re-flash it, and formatted the cache partition in case.
Now it works

Random network disconnection and can't search for network manually. HELP NEEDED.

I first experienced this bug after I installed superior os 25/10/2018 build. The bug was that the network signal keeps getting disconnected and reconnected automatically at random times, and I couldn't set the network manually. So i thought that it was a rom bug, and i went back to miui, but what i found is that bug was now also in MIUI , and i cant fix it. I tried flashing miui 10, latest version of 9 via twrp and also with mi-flash tool (fastboot) ,but the bug is there on every rom, i cant find a way to fix it.
I googled and found that someone else had the same problem in some other xiaomi device and there i noticed the term - "somehow RIL is getting stuck & re-initializing (restarting)" , <- maybe this is the problem .
Can anyone help me fix this RIL thingy please ? :crying:

Random Reboot on Custom Rom for Roaming Area only

hey, Im facing random rebooting at Roaming area only, whenever i was on custom O.S., like LR,NOS (Nougat to Pie) version i felt this kind of problem but i never faced random rebooting when i was on MIUI Rom
i did dirty as well clean flash, update latest firmware, install Fastboot Flash , changed APN setting but still i was unable to solve rebooting problem.
any help or Suggestion would be appreciable

Which custom ROM are you using right now that causes the random reboots?

i was using Liquid Remix pie for last week and on nitrogen os oreo for last 4 months, i guess i changed my service from Vodafone to Idea from those day i got this trouble but yesterday i was on Los i got no problem now I'm on eu 8.2.1 of miui 9
