Haptic intensity in all non-stock ROMs not working - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I've been playing with CM10/AOKP based ROMs and found that none of them have working haptic vibration intensity setting. It's the same or very similar in all percentages, and much too strong.
Is it just on my Note or is this a known problem?

GravityBox+Xperia Flip Settings Brightness bug?

[Q] Haptic feedback disabling active display proximity sensor

I own a retail XT1058. 4.4.2 KitKat rooted.
I'm used to and like the haptic feedback. A work colleague has the same phone(retail XT1058, stock 4.4.2) and I realized that his active display clock works with the proximity sensor while mine only with the gyroscope/shake(?) action.
Messing with the settings, I figured that disabling haptic feedback the proximity sensor works, in both Moto X, but enabling it make the proximity sensor stop working.
Anyone has this problem or maybe even a solution? I want the proximity active display working but dont want to give up the haptic feedback.
I noticed this too after reading this thread. I just disabled the Haptic feedback though.

Screen brightness bug

Hi.
Are people still having issues with the screen brightness changing itself all the time? These last few weeks I am finding I am needing to toggle smartsave on and off again more then I used too.
Cheers
Richard
Yes, I don't know what ASUS is doing, they should have fixed that issue by now. It is quite irritating to have the brightness change itself when watching movies in a dark room.
Known issue.
A workaround is to install Lux and tell it to set brightness on wake. Works pretty well. (Not as well as a properly functioning ambient light sensor mind you, but bugs like this are par for the course with Asus products!)

Ambient Display While on Priority

Build LMY47E
After the upgrade to 5.1, I am noticing that when my phone is set to a priority mode notifications for apps not set as priority are causing ambient display to activate. This was not occurring in 5.0.1. Is this a bug or an enhancement. Anyone else having this issue?
I have noticed that as well even when I am in None mode Ambient Display seems to light up when I get something and that was not the case on 5.0.1.
I would like to know if this is a bug as well

How to completely disable automatic/adaptive brightness?

Hi guys, I have the following issue:
Even with Adaptive brightness off the phone randomly increases screen brightness for a moment like a breathing effect, what am I missing here? Is this a software bug or hardware defect?
