Hello everyone I have a problem that I couldn't find answers. When my p7310 is on CM9,CM10 or other cm related roms, the start animation keeps flashing(just like the display issue for the cmw recovery,if some of you know that).Just lock and unlock the screen it will get back to normal, but it's still kinda annoying.Plus when I turn off the tab it will automatically turn on.No this kind of issues when on stock roms.
If someone can help me,I do appreciate it.I have searched the forum but I didn't get the solutions.
Thank you.

Try reflashing the stock RUU rom... should fix it. If not, you need to call for support.
The vibrates mean the phone can't initialise... normally fixed by a battery pull.
Hi.
I have searched for an answere everywhere (including here) but I didn't find any.
I bought my "nexus one" yesterday and it was OK. Today I tried to turn on my device- but after the "nexus logo" there is an animation that repits itselfs non stop (yesterday it appeared once and then phone turned on).
can any one please help me. I'm desperate and it's pretty urgent!!
edit:
I think that my solution has something to do with reventing my rom into stock rom but i don't know how it's done. Nethertheless, my phone wont turn on so I need you guys to help me if you know a way to revent into stock rom without turning the phone on (if it helps, I can reach the Bootlouder).
Please read one of the zillion guides. For example, in Nexus One Wiki, section "Unroot/restore".
Hi!
My issue: My touch screen is not working, power/volume button does. I have a CM RC 10.1 ROM and used the RAZR method to root and use safestrap
*I can use the screen in safestrap
I did a ton of reading and searching and have found so far that HTC released an update that made aosp roms not work with the touch screen.
I've found people saying I need to go back to square one and return to stock to fix. I also read its a simple touchscreen firmware upgrade.
Can anyone direct me to some information that might help me figure this out? I cant seem to find anything directly addressing the issue for this particular phone model.
Bump
Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and if my post is posted on the wrong area, please feel free to move it (and I apologize for any inconvenience)
so back to the problem that I have encountered: my S5 cannot power off properly after flashing G900F. I have an ATT S5 and I used towelroot to root, install Safestrap and did all the backup, setup a new rom kind of stuff. After that, I flash G900F to my phone (with all those wipe done correctly). My phone works perfectly fine but when I try to turn off my phone, it will do all the work but keeps in a black screen with the two button lights on. When I tried to turn on my phone then, it would not do so, so I believe it hangs at that black screen.
Did anyone encounter this before and know a way out? Every help is appreciated and sorry again if this post is in the wrong area.
Pete
Its a bug with safestrap. There's currently no fix other then a battery pull.

Thank you so much for your reply,
If you don't mind, please help me out on another problem: after doing all the process, my phone could not connect to my home wifi. It always got stuck at the "obtaining IP" process, is there a way that I could fix it as well?
Thank you so much for helping out this new guy!:good:

I'm really not sure there. No custom ROMs would let me use WiFi when I flashed them.
Questions and Help issues belong in Q&A and Help section...thanks!

Hi all,
I recently purchased a second hand z1 c6903 (telstra branded), and decided I would start off by loading the iHackers custom rom on. (based off instruction in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2439328 and http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2716182). Now I didn't use it a whole heap before doing this but I didn't notice any issues with the display before starting.
After the first step of downgrading to the Firmware 14.1.G.1.534 the display started going nuts. I suspected something may have gone wrong and started from scratch on another computer and re-flashed the firmware. Problem persisted but everything other than the display seemed to work so I continued rooting the phone, backing up the TA, unlocking the bootload and installing the rom. It all seemed to go fine.
Its hard to describe the issue with the display, its flickering and distorted (tried to make a vid sorry about the quality though https://youtu.be/nyD1o28ipdY)
If you can see in the video it does not do it really in some apps like the calendar and clock, others it does at first then stabilises, doesn't seem to do it at all in the drag down notification menu. Even though its difficult to see the icons, if you know where they are, they seem to respond fine like nothings wrong.
I searched everywhere but couldn't find anyone with a similar issue (May be out there but because the z1 has had such widespread issues with the touch screen thats all I could seem to find).
Was hoping someone with more experience or that has dealt with a similar issue could help in diagnosing the problem or provide a solution?
Thanks in advance
Dean
Wow o.o weird.
Did you flash the latest firmware version before flashing iHackers ROM?
U should try to flash another Kernel. There are many based on stock rom, like FXtrinity and X Honami. try them
Thanks guys.
I didn't flash to the latest, probably should have tried before continuing. Is that something worth trying now (I have never had any issues like this with roms etc I don't know where to start?) I also had flashed to the Kernel.ftf for C6903 (.133) as in the instructions.
I just tried the X-Honami v6 kernal. Still the same.
Anybody have any ideas?
Update:
I bricked it trying to revert back the the telstra branded firmware. Red flashing light. It did vibrate at one stage after pressing the power button but nothing since. Have just been charging it until I get a chance to try and fix it. Doesn't really detect it at all when connected via usb but the usb connection sound keeps going off.
