[Problem]Reboot when plugging USB cable to a PC or Laptop

I have a problem about my SGA.
it always reboot when I plug in my usb cable to a computer or laptop.
I tried changing rom and kernel but still it exist.
for more information:
Yesterday I change my rom to CM7. When I plug in my usb cable the screen turn black then later on it show zero(0) battery in the battery bar and in the lock screen.

There might be a problem with the charging ICs

Go to CWM and mount SD card and then Mount USB storage and then try plugging your Ace to the PC !

Galaxy Ace could not connect to PC

Can you help me guys? My galaxy ace could not connect to pc. It is running on stock rom, android gingerbread version 2.3.3
USB debugging is turned off.
It charges when i connect it to my PC and it also shows "USB connected". but when i click "connect storage to PC" and click ok, it doesn't connect and shows SD card safe to remove, turn off usb storage.
Please help me guys. Thanks!!!

Did you install Kies on PC? or the drivers only?

You have change the cable, thread and did you download some pilot (like kies)?

I9001 USB storage

Hi, I can't mount the mass storage when I connect the USB port. I thought it was a problem with the ROM, but the same thing happens in recovery mode when I try to mount USB storage (Clockwork). It charges only. Is there a way to restore the stock firmware without USB? (So can I send it to Samsung service rapair?)

Is it only mass storage that's not working or MTP mode doesn't work either? When you connect ur phone in download mode to PC, does the field in Odin turn yellow? BTW. There's no way to restore the stock fw without usb, but if Odin recognises ur device, you can restore it and it may solve ur problem with mass storage.

You could try turning usb debugging on in the settings. It helps sometimes.
That is if you haven't already.

When I connect my phone in download mode to PC, ODIN doesn't recognize IT. When I attach USB cable, my computer tells me that there is a overloading on the USB port (Windows 7)

Try installing samsung android usb driver and then connect your phone.

UPDATE: My phone tells me that it is charging, but usb cable it is disconnected. If i remove battery, when i put it, phone power boot itself

[Q] USB debugging on 2.3.6.

I've some problem with usb debugging using roms based on 2.3.6.
I've using till days ago a rom based on cm7.2 and I've no problems connecting the phone to the pc, then I've installed S'perience rom based on 2.3.6 and after a little while the phone starts to not connecting the mass storage. After plug the usb cable to the phone the screen to select the option of usb storage is there but when when I select the option the status bar display the message that the sd-card is ready but 2 seconds after, the phone disables the option and starts to prepairing the sd-card and the pc don't recognize the mass storage. Even if I go to the development option and thick the "usb debugging" it selects and deselects at same time.
This issue only occur with roms based on 2.3.6 not on rms based on cm7.2. I've tried two roms 2.3.6 and in the middle one cm7.2.
Anyone have an idea why is it happen and how to resolve that?

it's already connected. Google what MTP is.

Go to settings/ applications /development / and check USb debbuging
ANd make you sure that forced USB CHARGE MODE (fast chargue) is active.
