plan to order from handtec, how fast is their "DHL Express"shipping?

trying to get the phone as soon as possible when it releases, hopefully that is one day shipping. anyone know?

I chose fedex 2 day priority.
curious to know too... since it was the cheaper option over DHL express.

Processing the order took 1 day then for DHL 22 hours from departure CZECH REPUBLIC to FRANCE via GERMANY so I guess it's 1day.

You get it the very next day if you order early enough. Back when the S3 was released, I had preordered the pebble blue but because it was delayed I switched to a One x. I'm in the US. I chatted with handtec Customer service in the morning ( a Thursday) and asked them to switch my order from an S3 to a One x. An hour later I received tracking number and the very next morning it was delivered it took less than 24 hours for the phone to be shipped and delivered from the UK to the US. Incredible service!

Thank you for relaying this to me, that's what I was thinking. Since its more expensive than the other option, which only took 1-2 days. So I think I'll choose this service.

Good to know someone tried this handtec shop in a country outside UK.
I want to place an order for a car kit (for my future HTC One),the address I chose is Paris because my parents are there for a week,and it will cost +30$ if I deliver it in my country (Lebanon).
I red somewhere that they can be heavy on security checks,like calling you and asking you a scan of your ID card,is that true?

T-Mobile 64Gb Nexus 6

Has anyone received a 64Gb any color from T-Mobile. Got my order in about 15 minutes after they went live, said it would be here by 27 Nov, been on backorder for 1 1/2 weeks so far.

People have started receiving them, but T-Mobile has been shipping in some crazy order. Pretty much everybody that ordered super early has been skipped. There are two other threads on he that talk about it I believe. If you search twitter for @Butler_speaks or @maliciousmitch you'll see our twitter rampage. It's getting ridiculous.

Yeah, I received mine... I'm sure other folks have as well. You're really having some bad luck if you had that order in before 12:15 eastern time. I ordered two, one at 12:05 EST and one at something like 12:40 EST and received both in two days.

I bought my 64 Blue from T-Mobile on the 25 Nov and it will be here on Monday 1 Dec

Bought 19th 11:30am. Received 28th 1pm. Overnight shipping.

I bought on the 19th @ 9:30pm PST over the phone and got it on the 20th ... Blue 64gb. Overnight shipping.
Its really odd that you don't have yours yet. I hope it arrives soon.

Tuesday morning at 7AM CST here. Same boat.

Been going back and forth with T-Mobile all day and all I got was you'll get it soon and a $75.00 credit to my account.

I ordered the 64 gb via T-Mobile website on Monday the 24th. I received it on Friday the 28th (but did select overnight shipping) . After placing the order, the website did say it was on backorder. I was expecting to wait at least a week or two. After one day of use it's been great. Big difference from my Nexus 4.

Ordered mine 64 Blue early morning on the 19th. Opted for "regular shipping". Received the unit past Wednesday. Received my most expensive piece of clear plastic N6 case from Google faster than the damn phone...lol......
*And I mean one expensive piece of case. Got fooled this tyme.

Did anyone get an order in for a Gear VR which had an estimated dispatch date of the 6th March 2015 - I still have no update but ordered over a month ago.

Hi I ordered mine 18th Feb with a ship date of 6 march but received it on the 27 Feb

I ordered mine on 17 Feb Feb with 6 March dispatch date and it is being prepared for dispatch today.
Obviously they are not dispatching according to order date as I would have received mine before the last poster.

I have ordered mine at 14 of Feb and received the device at 26th.

are your orders with the bluetooth controller ,mine has the bundled controller as has been prepared for dispatch ,
spoke to samsung earlier in the week and the customer service lady stated that we probably not receive it till monday as they do not deliver saturday.

That's a good point for I've ordered the Bluetooth controller bundle and that might explain the delay.
Thanks for the Monday delivery information, saves me staying in Saturday.

Please don't take the monday delivery as gospal ,but it seems that might be the case as it has not gone out for delivery yet and is still at the distribution warehouse at my end at 5.pm on friday

My order has been dispatched and there is a tracking number but when I click on it nothing happens. Any idea why the tracking number link is not working?

Solved it. You don't click on the tracking number, you click on the text "Tracking your shipment" which precedes it.

Thanks all - spoke to samsung today and there is a delay due to game pad. Was told that some might be shipping without game pad for the time being and the game pad arriving two weeks later. I ordered on the 2nd February and just received a text now that delivery is arranged for Monday.

Update - mine is now getting delivered today

Lucky you, mine still says "06th March 2015 time 18:33 Booked /Awaiting Collection"
With an expected delivery date of Monday 9th March 2015.
I've just rung UKMail and they said the item was collected from Samsung at 12:30 yesterday but not delivered today because Samsung had not requested next day or express delivery.

mine now updated states 12.30 today (saturday) that "delayed" and is still on awaiting collection .
spoke to samsung they blamed late friday bookings for collection for uk mail and said mine SHOUID be here monday or tuesday WTF
WHERE IS THE EXPRESS SHIPPING it stated that i was going to get when i ordered ? also it states uk mail don't deliver saturday on the uk mail website that i looked at .

Yes I am complained on Friday for getting vague answers from Samsung when they have had my money for a month already. Mine has been delivered now - I was sent an hour time frame today but the tracker showed the delivery date as 9/2 but it came right within the hour today.

Just got mine today just backing up the memory card and then coping the entire memory card to my current 64gb card then will try.

You guys are lucky that you can even order one ..I live in Guernsey and I spoke to samsung who tell me they will not deliver here. They did say I could try a different samsung site like samsung France or Germany but didn't know if they would ship either.
so great help really so much for a multi billion pound company that can't even send a parcel to Guernsey.
I really don't want to have to buy a 2nd hand one from eBay ..but what other choice is there?

Guernsey is not the only place being shunned by Samsung. There are 9 experience shops in England and none in Scotland, you would think they could manage one in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Poor service for Scotland.

Shipping Time?

Those who have ordered from the Google Store, how long did shipping take?

It was supposed to be 3-5 days for me, but it only took 2. It shipped from 7 hours away in Chicago. So, it depends where you live in relation to a distribution center.

Mine is still stuck on "Pending" shipment (Canada) been like that since they went on sale.
Anyone in Canada had shipping info yet??

I ordered on Sunday May 3rd and it shipped on Monday, so just one day.

Just spoken to someone at Google, seems like the orders placed in Canada via the play store will not ship until the 15th.....! And will then take about another 5 business days to arrive, so it looks like the end of May until I'll get mine
Not impressed with them opening up orders and taking a month to fulfill them with no order info on the orders besides "pending"

I thought it's Flipkart's bug. Then couple of minutes later, it showed PreOrder button. I clicked and before I could reach payment, it was out of stock.
At this moment I thought I'll have to wait for next sale. But I opened my laptop for last chance and kept refreshing the page. I saw the phone a couple of times in stock again(preorder), but same thing happened(before finishing payment, it was out of stock).
I told myself that ill just check tomorrow morning because I didn't expect this phone to go out of stock that easily, but I underestimated the number of people buying this phone (or overestimated the stock Asus has )
Still I thought ill give this a last chance and kept refreshing, and around 12.24AM, I saw it again in stock, and completed my payment.
I also had a riding helmet of 2k in my cart which I wanted to buy. So I got total of 4k discount on cart value of 40k using ICICI card. So overall I got the phone for around 34.2k which is a great deal I think.
Asus has not actually announced next sale date. They just have said that the phone will be released(shipped) on 8th Oct. Gadgets360 confirmed this from Asus(check their article), so not sure when is the next sale going to be and same is the case with 12GB variant.

I thought the same but I saw another offer which said if your cart total is 40k then you get discount of another 2k (separate than the 10% maxed at 2k). So total of 4k.
Phone was anyways of 38k, so I just added another item that I wanted to buy anyways. Got total cart of 40k and total discount of 4k on that.

I preordered the phone in Flipkart yesterday. The site shows tentatively shipped by 12th. The mail i received mentions will be shipped by 12 oct. I didn't realise the additional 2k discount when cart value is 40k and missed the opportunity
