I didn't see the Minisuit Slim Case mentioned anywhere in this forum, so I thought I'd share. It's exactly what I wanted in a case for this tablet, hopefully it lives up to expectations! Ordered today, will share thoughts when it arrives.

This case definitely looks awesome. Will wait on the cheap case I bought to see how it is. If it doesn't suit me I'll def buy this one!
its exactly the same as every other rotating case for the N7 going by the shopped pictures (notice how the flap is magically narrower in the portrait pic?).
anyway, i've got one of the other cases with the exact same design. its a good case, quite sturdy and durable. lacks magnetic locking but it has that elastic thingo to hold it shut. its a two piece case - you can use it with the outer flap case if you're watching movies or needing a stand, or you can detach the inner from the outer for more portable use (ie. gaming, web browsing, etc.).
Anybody tried this case? I haven't found a review yet. Just for the non '360°' version.
Would like to know if it has a sleep/wake magnet.. and if the turning mechanism is actually functional.
I got one of these extremely cheap Khomo cases with 360 degree rotation and on off magnets, and it works great for me. Pu leather feels leathery, and inside has nice synthetic suede. Metal rotation piece. Looks good in brown too. Great deal for $4.

That's a combo of two different styles and looks quite good. I have a non rotating version of that case (check luckyexpress168 thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1864770 for pics) which does not have a sleep/wake magnet. I also have a rotating case which uses the same rotating back as the case in your post, it's cheap and nasty though and I don't like it but there are probably better made versions.
The description of your case does not mention s/w magnet so assume it doesn't have one. It also says 'leather' and 'treated leather' but I would take that with a pinch of salt.
I recommend this case. It works perfectly with the on/off feature. It feels super slim. It barely adds weight or size to the tablet. The corner are nicely protected.

A very good price for the 7 in tablet
I bought a folio case on ebay. Horrible fit, heavy, probably lead in paint and other toxic chemicals. Now looking for a new case. Also bought screen protector from a u.s. seller but it doesn't fit properly and not edge to edge. Any recommendations for a good protector. Cheapest ebay protectors always work for me just need edge to edge.
Does metal in Moko case scratch the tab surface?
So far, I haven't encounter scratch from the metal. I'm also looking for corner to corner screen protector. I got one for now but still shopping around.

Mine should arrive tomorrow...I'll post pics of no one else does.
Hi all,
Here are some photos for my smart case. The last picture is where the metal piece sits on the case to close it. there are two small magnet pieces there. Note, it is raised a little bit so the metal doesn't touch the screen. I wanted the red one but didn't like that it was red and black. Red and white would be better.

My bad, totally didn't catch the word "ultra" in ur description
I've got the ultra slim as well (red, but looks good on the "gold-brown" Tab). It's quite nice and the smart on/off works perfectly. It's a little awkward for e-reading though- the bezel on the Tab 3 is so narrow and the case doesn't give you anything extra to hold onto. I loved the Casecrown trifold for my Kindle Fire so will keep looking for something similar to that. Not a lot of options for the 8" out there yet.

Looks very good, thanks. Now i need to look for an edge to edge protector on ebay.

i have an ugly 'leather' case from ebay and it activates/deactivates the screen. Not sure how it works because the light sensor is completely blocked and front camera is half blocked. Magnet in cover activates magnet in tablet? Nothing needs to be set in the tablet. It works out of the box.
Strangely this generic bad-fitting case blocks capacitive buttons. When i press on the case it activates buttons. Must be lead in the chinese paint. I should probably get rid of it asap and get moko.
Bought a generic holder and X tpu case both are good accessories but the case is not too grippy.

are you using the tab 3 8.0 or 7.0? i have the 7.0, perhaps the 7.0 doesnt have smart on/off?
I have a fairly slim case with a kickstand that works both in landscape and portrait mode. However, it is not particularly stable in portrait mode which I use a lot for reading. It topples over a bit too easily. Can anyone recommend a relatively slim case which works well in portrait mode?
