how to flash a rom in cwm without using the power button bec it's broken ?

i did flash my i9000 via odin. i have started from pit.512 file and tick repartition and reboot options ( i shouldn't tick reboot i think ) and right now i have got only black screen. Computer don't see my i9000 when i plug in it to usb. i found on youtube how fix it by jtag connection with riffbox. Will it fix my problem? Anyone knows how to fix my problem in other ways?

Guys could you please help me out!
I have been flashing all kinds of ROMs Stock, CM7 etc.
There is a big problem, the Home button doesn't work when the Phone is "ON" but I can get into download mode or Recovery Mode using either 3 button combos when the phone is "OFF".
So what is stopping the Home Button from working when the phone is "ON" ??
Is there a solution to this?
FYI sadly I don't have a CWMBackup!! i know! sad!

Did you try to flash the stock Rom ??
As mentioned I did flash all kinds of ROMs.. Stock and CM7 and everything.. no use! anybody can help me out?

Got a problem with my Galaxy note n7000
its rooted Ics with cwm installed
and i used rom toolbox to change the font and after a reboot it keeps getting stuck at the samsung logo
im triying to go into cwm using voldown + home + power and i go into download mode
but nothing happens
Any help with that issue ? or how to access cwm ?

Try to access recovery by pressing volume up + power + home button. Are you using a safe kernel?? if not try flashing a safe kernel before doing anything else. DO NOT WIPE anything on stock ICS.

I used odin3 tool to flash the german ics release now everything is working
just got to reroot and install cwm again

Hi, I have a galaxy mini with cm9 rom by Thewisp. I tried to install an update, but when I turn on the phone with the power and menu button, I don't succeed to access to cmw. The phone turn on normally, but I want to access to cmw. :crying: Can you solve me this problem??
It's a problem with this previous build.. TheWhisp has fixed it already but if you can't turn on your phone that means your recovery is broken.. Use Odin to flash the recovery and the phone will turn on.. but do flash the latest build.. the problem is fixed in that..
or else you are pressing menu instead pressing home + power
its CWM no CMW..Clock Work Mod..nvm well yea Just reflash via odin

Hi im new here. I have big prob. My gt-i8190 power button is broken. When the button was still ok i was able to upgrade my rom to omnirom 5.1.1. I was really happy with it until the power button got broken. My prob is now cannot boot to recovery so i could install supersu. Hope u could help me.. (By the way is there a way to disable the pull down menu while the phone is locked? Coz often times the flash light opens by itself while its in my pocket.)
