hi guys hope someone can help me here...
kinda bricked my phone... won't boot...can load the boot animation but after that black screen
i downloaded the SGS Battery Icon Mod2 and loaded it with XXJPX battery mod for my DTJP5 (me being a noob thinking that XXJPX will work for any JP model)
but instead it does not work....
i have a backup of the original framework apk file...
is there a way to replace the screw up version of the framwork apk file with the original version?? ( is there a program which can access the phones system file from pc??)
i can access download and recovery mode
the last resort will be flashing my phone right??

Well, I'm having a bit of trouble with my phone now..
I tried to reflash XBSall's original ICS using the LGFlash Tool, and after the flashing process, I can't seem to turn on my phone at all.
I get an error that I hadn't encountered when I first flashed ICS onto my phone. You can see the error in the screenshot I have uploaded [Error Screen.JPG]
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, that would be great. I am still able to boot into the S/W flash thing (which I also have in my attachments, it's number 2 of the images[DSC_0029.jpg] )

I found this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-p7/general/how-to-downgrade-emui-b609-to-b602-t3009149/page2 and there was a file called ROLLBACK133SP01, installed it and now theres a little window which says Unfortunately, andorid.process.acore stopped working. PLEASE HELP!!! I can't get rid of it. It keeps popping please HELP ME
EDIT: Factory reset fixed everythink.

hello people this is my first post and i'll be sharing with u how i fixed my S6 edge G925A
so my phone was bricked after i installed android 7.0 on it , and it didnt want to boot anymore only boots into recovery and shows me dm verity message, so i borrowed a Z3x box from a friend and i tried flashing older versions and thats how it worked
----- step 1 ------ just plug ur phone and add the COMB file to ap using odin and flash it.
----- step 2------ if u manage to boot into the combination rom, then u can use flash this older version of android 6.0 (same steps)
----- last step ---- unzip the FIX file and add it to AP on odin and flash that too
and voilaa , a working s6 edge
this will alo work if u want to go from android 7 to 6 , i spent a week trying to find a solution i hope that will help someone at least .
i'll be uploading the files in an hour
cant add links because i need more posts if u comment i'll send u links

Did a reset of EFS via Z3X Tool and got this dm verity problem...
My phone is in service right now, but If they could not repair, I ll try again using this method...

hey , i need the link my phone (s6edge) is facing the same issue....
Hello, i'm facing the same problem, after i installed 7.0, the phone didn't boot anymore(it said dm-verity error failed code 0x02).
I could install the combination files (G925AUCU7ARA1 worked for me) and then the phone boot normally, but now i'm stuck at 5.0.2(the combination rom), i tried 5.0.2, 5.1.1, 6.0 stocks,etc but Odin gave me "FAIL"
Does anyone know what is the firmware that Easydev is refering? and what does he mean with 'install the FIX file'?
