A lot of people are using Droid Notify and I'm sure that there are some people(like me) that don't really like the dark themes on Play Store.
This is a theme based on the MIUI interface. Just download the APK and install it.

Here are a few of the recent themes that I have built and placed on the market. Inked is my favorite out of these new. If you have icon requests email me or direct message me on twitter. Click on the images for the playstore links. Also check out my HEAVY series themes on the market while your there. Enjoy!
Also some of you will say that there should be free versions. I have roms with some of my themes built in on other forums I prob cant mention. So look for them. Mainly for the Bionic, Razr, and D3. I also have wallpaper apps available for free as well.
I haven't seen a lot of posts about theming here in our D4 forum so I thought I would create one. If you don't know about theming, you are really missing out on some fun things you can do. Personalize that phone and make it yours!
Theme Chooser Themes: On AOSP based ROMs (CM, AOKP, Liquid, etc.) you can use the built in theme chooser located in the system settings. There are TONS of themes out there, some free, some paid. Here are a couple of fantastic threads listing Theme Chooser themes:
CM10/10.1/10.2 and other JB AOSP based ROMs: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=29455970
CM11 and other KK AOSP based ROMS: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2522538
Another option is the web site MyColorScreen.com. You will find a lot of custom themed home screens here and most have instructions on how to achieve the look yourself. You do not have to be running a ROM or even rooted for most/all of these.
A third option is the new Themer app located here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mycolorscreen.themer&hl=en. This app is by the MyColorScreen guys and basically takes all the work out of creating those custom home screens you find on MyColorScreen. It is in beta right now so you will have to sign up to receive a code. I received my code yesterday and it is fantastic!
If any of you have other apps, sites, etc that you use feel free to share them here.
Do u still have the code?

Hi All,
While am a proud owner of a LG 4X currently running a 4.3.1 "Vanir" i was really looking for the look & feel of a KitKat "4.4"
So while searching around i stumbled upon an article at Android Police which do provide a download of a ripped version of GEL "Google Experience Launcher". It do work pretty neat and also very smooth but still no luck with transparent status bar.
Anyways below find the link for the download
GEL APK Download
just download and install away.
As a side tip, for even better look, i do highly recommend to download the KitKat theme found at the following link KitKat Theme Download
please note that this theme requires a theme chooser supported roms
Have Fun
We already have a thread for the Google Launcher and the Theme section should be used for providing new Apps/Themes not those which are well discussed already.

If you're using xposed installer and want a little more theming capability then try this out. Its an xposed module. You'll have to download it as well as some themes to work with it. It doesn't change style of icons really it more or less changes some colors/ windows. Due to the us variants not having custom recovery and the ability to flash a deodexed ROM it lacks the ability to theme what all it should but does add a few subtle changes. I've been using it for a couple years with out any problem.
Its not my work so I'm not taking credit for it just passing it along for others to enjoy. It works fine with my T-Mobile D959. There is a thread on XDA somewhere with a ton of CM/AOKP themes port to work with it. And on a deodexed system it does /changes as much as the CM based ROMs are changes by themes from the app market. I'm using the original COBALT theme at the moment and have used pitch black and HUE themes. Those seem to do the most theming. Those also make your Google now black and SMS and phone app changes a little to. Most every app downloaded from the play store will be themed like normal due to them not being odexed. OK enough of the jibber jabber. Here's a drop box link to the xthemer beta5 module and a few themes I have on hand.
Again not my work just passing along. And I'm not responsible for you making really nice soap dish out of your phone.

HUE theme:

Liquid theme:

Those are just a few I've been using. And like I said there is a thread about this module with tons of CM/AOKP themes ported to work with this mod. Happy theming.

So, I haven't rooted my Mi Mix yet, haven't seen much of a reason to, but I know I will eventually. I received mine stock, so I had to install Google services. I like the themes on the phone, but is there a way I can buy new themes? And when the phone gets rooted ill install epic rom, is the theme store on epic?
Epic ROM has the global theme store in which all themes are free. The Chinese theme store on the Chinese ROMs have a bigger amount of themes and also has themes that are paid. You can also obtain themes from the MIUI Forum. Remember if you do get themes from outside the theme store, then you need to have a designer account to apply them. You can also use the MIUI 8 Tweaks module to bypass the designer account requirement for third party themes.
