hi guys .. at first i had a problem while updating with kies and i was stuck with a screen saying something about using recovery in kies and it didint work .. so i used odin and it was stuck in factoryfs.img so i used pits that i downloaded from this forum and everything went ok
then the camera wouldnt save pictures so i went to storage and clicked format usb storage and the memory decreased!
tried to flash a safe kernal then erase everything from the recovery and i flash another JB rom and it did no good
and now i cant use the camera and so many app cause the memory is full
any help would realy be appreciated
Flash a stock GB or ICS rom and check the storage

So.. did you brick your phone? If it was, I know it's normal, even with a PIT revive, to lose memory!

Pit revival won't take out that much memory. He's down from GBs to MBs
it turned out that i used the wrong pit in odin so it eleminated the internal storage
did the process again and used th right one .. and now i have 9.3 gb free space

it enters into lockscreen quick reboot....automatically
dont know what happen
due to cyno

cm7 rc0....
steps i done to flash revo
1.official gb 2.3.6
2.cwm 5.8 touch
3.parttion sd frm cwm
4.of size 512mb
5.swap size 0mb
6.partition done
7.flash cyanrevo
8.enter into lockscreen for second
9.frequent reboot cant do anything
10.rebooting again and agaim
11.fed up of it so i tried other rom
then similar problem of rebooot for each rom
but gb 2.3.6 is working fine for me
i can go to downld mode as well as recovery...
i know all this after i flashed cyan revo
i respect squadzone....and his rom
what happened this time
dont comment me to do wipe and all
i tried all this
dont telll te reflash....i tried n no. of times
neeed help plzzz developer squadzone parasami and alll other help me...its serious matter help me.........
maybe it came from the fact you don't put place on your sd card for ram swap...
means??
you can try this method..
procedure--
1.install 2.3.6 gingerbread firmware via odin
2.you need to download it
dl.xda-developers.com/attachdl/2ac51e335b00a2ef4d58b2c6c1a51d87/4facfaca/6/5/4/1/2/4/tass-recovery-cwm.tar
and flash it via odin
3.now try cyanogen rom 7.2
i hope this procedure is work for you..

this guy is really desperate..
@mayur: well, if you have issues with the ROMs you mentioned, then just stay the hell out of them.. and use ROMs that have no issues on your phone.. If you have done everything that you could possibly do, then take my advice..
Flash firmware...flash cwm (4.0.0.5 recommend )....now wipe data...cache dalvik ....format system..flash cm...rom...hope it is work

anyway i had a stock ics 4.0.4 with v7 kernel by gavin many thanks to him for his work anyway
what i done went to recovery then did a back up to my sd card the back was al most 3 gb so i flashed gb then flashed paraniod rom
so now i wanna get back to my back that i did with stock ics what is the best way to restore it without gettin bricked like what kernel should i flash and step by step

Flash jbroid kernel cleaner
Flash abyss in recovery.
Reboot recovery
All 3 wipes
Restore it.
Restrart.

Yes. U ll get everything back along with kernel.
Its a safe method to restore bcoz gb roms are safe one. Abyss use GB kernel. bt brick is never been guaranteed . Just stick wid the instructions and everything will be good..

2 days ago I flashed my note(ICS Official 4.0.4) to 4.1.2 JB official XXLSZ, but I realize that my internal memory(used to be 16gb) decreased to only 7gb
what happen to this??
can I get back my 16gb memory??

What are you looking at when you get this figure ?
Under storage you will see several things, go to USB Storage and look at the total space, it should be 11.07GB.
If it isnt, and it is, say, 7GB, theres a chance the phone has been repartitioned (due to brickbug)
Was your phone new when you got it ? have you re partitioned it yourself ?
And if phone was not hard reset,then all apps are still there (in internal memory),so you can't have 11GB (the rest is for system)

When it ics stock it has as you said around 11 gb..
But after I flash my note, it decreased to 7 gb..
Can I get it back??

I don't think that you can recover the bad sectors.. 7 gb is the only memory you can get after bbrick bug

Buy another device with more RAM.
U can't increase ram
U can use u r sdcard memory as ram by making swap partion but it makes u r phone slower than before
Use cm 10.2 18/11 built its faster smoother and no lag

I have 550mb of ram available instead of ~625, on CM10.2.
It was similar on the stock rom, too.
I wrote about it here somewhere... and I would appreciate an advice how to solve it...

Yes, XXLQE + cocore twrp. It was the same ram amount in stock. I upgraded to stock JB through kies, not odin. So how do you think I should flash stock again? Odin?

Yeah, try to flash it again.
Enable KSM in performance settings if you are on cm and you will have more free ram

I'm on CM 10.2 and I've just switched KSM on. I was suspicious of it, but I'll try it now.
When next CM release comes out, I'll try to make some more free time to permanently solve my ram issue (Odin jb flash) before upgrading to next cm release...

My Samsung isn't working.
I Get this screen when i start up my phone. (ill add picture soon)
Screen looks got grey,black, and other stripes, very weird.

Flash another firmware with odin. Download from samsung-updates.com

Did you use 3-file gingerbread witch checked re-partition on ?
If you used 1-file gingerbread that will happen every time (or you will brick your phone)
Now serch for tortiual how to downgarde samsung galxy s advance from jellybean to gingerbread.
Remember :
1.Are u I9070P or not.
2. Do you have 8 gb memory (phone memory not sd card) or 16 gb phone memory.

Its the normal GT-I9070.
I tryed to flash it with odin but it says failed.
