SU660 is the Korean Optimus 2X, not the European which is P990.

And what does it mean? is it usable for us (with lg optimus 2x?

The rom wont function correctly as it'll be using the korean O2x kernel (different button layout etc~) but the baseband could be of use to us

Could anyone upload and post baseband and RIL only, please?

Wifi/Reboot/Mac problems

Hi.
My Optimus X2 details :
Android : 2.2.2
Baseband : 1035.21_20110725
Kernel : 2.6.32.9
LGE version : V10e
Problems :
1.Won't connected to Wifi. Always disconnects
2.Won't connect to iMac
3.Randomly shuts down.
Any salvation ?
Any help would be appreciated.

[Q] How to Root LG P970G running 2.3.4

Just got a new LG phone, previously I owned an LG Optimus X2 (P999) but it ain't supported by my new telecommunications provider as they use different HSPA network.
In any event. I want to Root my LG Optimus BLACK (P970G) from Koodo Mobile.
Model: LG-P970g
OS: 2.3.4
Baseband: XMM6160
Kernel: 2.6.35
Build: GRJ22
Software: LG-P970g-V20j
I tried OCR in Auto mode and Gingerbreak, but no luck. Phone still ain't rooted and on Auto it will get to step #7 and just freeze for hours on. Any suggestions how to root this phone + put on CWM

try CWM injection method? althogh it didnt work for me... or use snegoviks SFT rooted binnaries

Baseband problem

First to introduce myself, I m Ante from Croatia.
I have O2X for the last 3 months.
I read: [Baseband][P990] Complete Baseband overview thread and
P990 - BASEBANDS - 1120 (SU660 Porting) + 313 (P990) + 420 (SU660 Porting) thread.
O2X is Made in korea.
If I use BB for P990 (0218, 0823, 0725 and 0313) i have bad sound quality (low voice clarity from person I speak).
If I use BB for SU660 (0420 and 1120) i have great sound but have problem with loosing connection with the mobile operator.
It occurs 2 to 3 times per day for 5 or less minutes (having missed calls or people cant reach me).
With GetRil I tried various ril's (matching, not matching) but nothing helps.
Automatic time zone is OFF.
I m on temesek CM7 ROM.
If someone has a similar problem and found a solution please let me know.

SU660 in Croatia? Why!?
First off, I wouldn't recommend using a RIL that does not match your baseband.
What do you mean when you say that "O2X is made in Korea"? Is your phone a P990 or SU660? (remove your battery, and there should be a sticker that says either P990 or SU660)
If it's a P990, try flashing 0725 BB + 0725 RIL and stock 2.3.4 rom.
If it's a SU660, you're in the wrong section! (why would you buy the Korean version if you live in Croatia?!)

As I said I own LG P990 (sticker says P990-made in Korea).

I tried the stock ROM and the sound quality is terrible (yes BB 0218 or 0725 and matching RIL).

[Q] Problem with Network on CM10 and CM10.1

Hello to all, i am a user of the P990h (Movistar Venezuela) and i have a problem since the nightly 20121105. Let me explain, in the nightly 20121105 i can fully use the phone 3g, email, talk all that, but in all nightly since 20121106 to this day after clean install in Settings > mobile network > network operators appear an error retrieving the operator and the signal icon stays in black. i don't know if i am the only person with this problem or is there a solution for this. Now i am running the DjangoManouche X 1.2 and all run just fine...
