I just recently started using the LG Tone to workout with and hearing text and replying via Bluetooth is nice, but the audio on the headset is somewhat low. Does the new Windows Phone 8 allow for an audio enhancement through Bluetooth I have it on my 920 when wired would be nice if that worked wirelessly as well.

I was wondering if WM6.1 (the HTC Touch Diamond) allows to connect a BT headset and BT stereo headphones in order to listen to music and answer calls.
I found a product from SE:
http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/products/accessories/overview/hbh-ds205?cc=us&lc=en
That apparently would allow remote control of your audio player if this is supported. Does WMP mobile or any thrid-party mobile media player allow BT remote control?
Yes, it does. I'm using my JABRA BT320s with no problems whatsoever, and compared to the TOUCH CRUISE, I get far fewer drops. Just be sure to disable Joint Stereo with advanced config, to boost the quality.
And yes, WMP supports bluetooth remote control, and some new players too, like Pocket Music.
So forward/reverse, volume control works through the bt receiver?
Does the JABRA BT320 have a microphone so you can also answer calls?
Morning All !!
Currently i have the HTC fuze (AT&T) aka Diamond. I just purchase the sony bluetooth headset DR-BT160AS. I have tried everyway possible i can think of to get more sound out of these headphones. Has anyone had this issue using wirless bluetooth stereo headsets w/a2dp enabled.
@LPHAR56 -aka- do you hear me now "HELL NO!"
I have a pair of Sony DR-BT140Q and they work/sound really great every time. They're not the same kind, but maybe yours are defective?
Try pairing it with a laptop or any other device to see if you get the same results
thanks i try to do it with a laptop. if i can see if it just my pair having issues.. just can figure out the issue
Hi!
I have used several bt headsets (mono, not stereo) and all of them have the following issue (currently I use nokia BH104 and samsung HM1500):
A. No sound is forwarded from the hd2 music player, windows media player, tcpmp player to any of the headsets.!! Please help!
I have original rom on the hd2
Notice that all the BT headsets receive and send calls and are coupled with the mobile with no problems. I have checked the option to forward all system sounds to the headset but nothing changes for that.
(not to mention that n81 and omniaII and omniaI do forward sound played by any of the music to the same headset SO I guess its not BT headsets problem)
Any solution or suggestion would be much appreciated.
thanks!
Hi All,
I got a bluetooth speaker today for phone calls. I got http://www.amazon.com/LG-HBM-800-Bl...arging/dp/B0024FA6QW/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top. One of the reviews says he can get the audio from the gps navigation on his phone to be played via the bluetooth speaker.
Is this possible on android? I have the speaker synced just fine for calls. Of course it would be very helpful if the GPS worked on these captivates! Hah!

BT devices support different profiles (functions) - some only work with phone functions, others support music and other audio functions. Car bluetooth usually supports both (handsfree profile, and A2DP - streaming audio). Your speaker probably only supports handsfree, so it won't play music or GPS.
Check the speaker specs for what BT profiles it supports.
Try this.

This headset does route navigation and other audio to the headset. It was going for $30 - $20MIR until the end of last month. See if it comes up again.

my hd7 will not play any media through the moto s9 bluetooth headset.
phone calls work, but nothing else does.
-no ringing, no zune music or video, no radio, nothing.
normally this just pretty simple stuff. just connect and your good.
what did i do wrong here?
I know for a fact that video dies not work via BT. But audio and games audio work on mine.
Sent from my HD7 using XDA Windows Phone 7 App
HD7 Bluetooth audio problem
I've just discovered today that my HD7 when connected to a Jabra Cruiser plays music and calls through bluetooth but the audio from any video only sounds through the HD7's own speaker, this is so disappointing!!!
I thought that the phone is brilliant but the OS makes it a dissaster.
