Hi,
I have a LT30a (from AT&T) that I flashed LT30p firmware exclude baseband. When I tried to use the camera, I constantly experience freeze and if I close the camera app and tried to reopen, it will say "camera not available". Then, I have to reboot the phone for the camera to work again. Has anyone have a similar problem and found a solution?

I had your problem too. I resolved it flashing last fw (7.0.A.3.223).
Hope it is usefull to you too!

It's been a couple weeks now and I have not experience a single crash, so I think the problem has been resolved in .223 FW.

I have a quite similar problem, the "camera not available" message appears on my phone when I try to use a video camera. I'm on ICS too/ Can u pls explain a flash procedure?

Hi everyone!
I just flashed pengus's cm10, which is awesome, but I found an error.
I took some photos, browsing them in the gallery, when suddenly it closed.
I reopened the camer app, but it said:
Camer error- Cannot connect to camera.
I have to wait a minute or two to make it normally work.
Just before I flashed it i accidentally dropped my phone while sitting and it fell about 15 centimeters.
Can it be because of the drop, or is it a software related problem?
It happened 2 times today, but I was playing with the camera all day to find out when it does, but it does it randomly.
It happened too on ICS with the DjangoManouche X 1.4.
I can fully use the phone, but I am worrying becouse of this!
Is it a bug or something with my phone?

Seem like an conflict.. Just go to settings>apps>all.. Then camera and clear data and stop it..

I see, or else some file has gone missing.. You might not have done it.. I know that.. Try flashing the ROM again..

Reflashed. same.
It happens to me on PA 2.6 build 06 and 07 too, so its confusing because it happens on other roms too...

First it appeared in djangomanouche. Than i flashed cm10 and pa 2.6 is the third rom where the problem appears.
I always did a fullwipe + format system before flashing and also did a backup

Try reverting partition using AIO tool again to ICS.. Then see..

I tried to use flashtool and update my baseband so I can use LTE following the thread and after it said complete flash and I started the phone..NOTHING! I had a vibration then nothing else appear (Logo, loading etc.)
I tried to hold volume down and power but still nothing. Charging won't give me any light...
Can anyone please give me help?
Did you flashed everything or just the baseband?

I only flash the baseband. I am using ZL FTFC6506

Updated new walkman app and all worked fine until I powered off the phone. It now crashes everytime. I have installed it again but same thing happens everytime the phone reboots.
Any suggestions?

Uninstall the update. If your phone is on 10.3.1.A.0.244, then the Walkman that comes preinstalled has a higher version number than the one that you manually installed in any case.

Really? Why? 244 is superior to 423 in every way. You really should update as soon as possible.
In any case, I assume you have tried wiping the cache and/or data of the Walkman app?

I want root and had a problem when I did something last time So staying away at the mo.

Then if clearing data/cache of the app doesn't work, try redownloading it.
If that doesn't work, uninstall the update and leave it. An older, working version is better than a new version that force closes all the time.
BTW, rooting 244 is actually very simple if you read and understand the instructions first, but each to their own.

I downloaded it again and it works.
Only problem I have is that I cant authorize my sony unlimited music account. Doesn't seem to combine my sony unlimited app with it.
Will look into updating and rooting later.

After i installed 4.3 vodafone UK i have notification of new software and this in statusbar. Anyone seen this? I dont know what it is.

I have unbranded unlocked XT.
Update is 2.4 mb in size. Downloads normally, reboot to install and then i get this in statusbar.

I saw the same thing after installing 4.3 Vodafone DE FTF today. I am on a Bell LT30a. I downloaded it, and told it to install. It rebooted, and looked like it was installing, but after it rebooted, I have a hard notification in my top bar telling me that the update failed. Oh well. I just want to root this thing and get my apps back

Laziodroid do your imei start with 0044? Mine do, and i think its a prototype phone. Maybe thats the reason for this?

Yes, mine does! I believe mine is a prototype phone also. No one can sim unlock this phone

Have you tried to factory reset and try without any app installed ?
If you are on stock ROM it might be due to ram problem but you must give us more information otherwise we can't help you.
