I have a book on my phone and its really hard to read because in all the pdf viewers ive tried i have to constantly scroll left and right for each sentence.
Is there a pdf viewer that arranges the text to fit to screen when zoomed in? like in opera how u zoom in and the text rearanges to fit to screen. I havent had any luck with any of the ones ive tried.
Ummmmm how about the adobe reader?
There is an option for "reflow" which is a word wrap.
Im using version LE 2.5
wow, i'm a little embarrassed! I thought that reflow was like a continuous page. Thanks for pointing this out.

Verry Welcome Glad to help
Another possibility would be the Foxit Reader for Pocket PC. It also includes a reflow mode. Haven’t tried it yet myself. The PC version is really good though.
Hi,
I've been googling here and on the web for a skin for Window Media Player on Windows Mobile 6.5 that shows the play time in a large format (for instance centered on the screen). I don't need the album art that large on the screen. I'd prefer the textual information displayed larger (with a emphasis on the play time). Anybody know a skin that does that (and where I can find it)?
Regards,
Perenor
Answer to my question?
Hey,
Is there anybody that can answmer my question? Regarding getting the display of the play time in WMP centered on the screen. This is on a HD2 b.t.w.
The reason I'm asking is that I want to use my HD2 in my spinning courses. With the time centered in a large format on the screen I can still read it, lying besides me, while I'm busy cycling on my bike.
Regards, Perenor

Maybe try editing your .skn for windows media. You can increase font, but then you would likely have to reposition it and other things. The .skn can be edited with notepad or similar.
You may want to find a skin you like and try playing with the editing to your liking.
hello im using cm6 right now with the quickoffice preinstalled in it. when I try to view powerpoints for my biochem class the pictures don't come up. also, sometimes the words are all...weirdly spaced. I downloaded documents to go to see if it was better and it is a bit better in regards to where the words are supposed to be, but where the pictures are supposed to be it just shows a gray area with an X in it. anybody have a solution?
Hi everyone, is it posible to change the background colour for the start page? I have seen a few people saying that its posible but does anyone know how?
Many thanks for any help.
I have found a solution to this on youtube, runnning with an orange background on my HD2 now!
for the registry editor I used: http://forum.touchxperience.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=593
Video Instructions: http://www.youtube.com/watch?hl=en&v=VtOPgJ_7Y1s&gl=US
(1800PocketPC)
I will not take any responsibility for any damage you inflict upon your device!
But now "WP7 registry editor" not work in HD2 Mango

Version 1.2 in james1123's posted link works for a lot of edits, but not all yet, it does ok for this.
Be warned, back up your phone before attempting this!
I used advanced config and chose a nice colour and followed the steps above with the new hex number.
For some reason text and background were the same colour black and I could not find where to set the screen back to dark!
Lucky I had a backup.
Edit; next time I used the orange colour, very nice
Hi, I'm trying to read a PDF downloaded from Google books.
I can open it with the nook reader but it doesn't open in full screen so there's a grey background and the text is too small to comfortably read, changing the text size doesn't seem to make any difference.
I downloaded Google Books app and it looks exactly the same, and it doesn't give me access to the settings to try and zoom in or increase text size.
I've also tried Aldiko, the settings are accessible (hurray!) but don't display properly, so I can only see 'Brightness' and 'Orientation'.
Is there any hope, is there a way to read the book!
Many thanks,
Mat.
there are various pdf readers that work on the nook, my favorite is ebookdroid which have auto crop to remove margins, and auto levels correction which makes the text sharper
That book is probably a PDF made of jpegs. It is the worst kind to read on an eink device. You can use something like pdfscissors to crop the margins of the file before loading it to the ereader or use an application that can do it on the go, on the device - like Orion Viewer or Perfect Viewer. Or you can try to use OCR software on that file to convert it do a text format.
Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately when I tried to open the book I got an 'unexpected error: cannot load document'.

Sorry, didn't realize you were looking for a new and better reader! I'd highly recommend @Renate NST's Temblast Reader for excellent PDF and EPUB reading. Check it out.

Thanks for replying.
I had a look for Renate's reader before but couldn't see it when I clicked the signature; there are nook apps including a library app but no reader.
Am I missing something obvious and/or just being stupid????

I actually linked it in the first post I made in this thread (click on "Temblast Reader", but thanks to @kazikas for making the link a little more noticeable.
Thank you so much Kazikas , ИΘΘK¡€ and of course Renate!
It's the only reader that lets me magnify the page (overscan), the text isn't great but it's starting to look like that's the original PDF's problem.
