After I flashed a custom ROM (I forgot which ROM I flashed) ..my screen goes black. I flash a stock ROM using the LG updater and now my phone boots but still no display. I can only see the screen using the LG On-Screen Phone. I tried to flashed again using smart tool but no luck in booting up. Just flashing leds and screen is black. If the problem is LCD why is it when I used smart tool in flashing it cannot boot up after successfully flashing the ROM. But when using the LG updater it can boot up and works fine except no display and signal is fine but I cannot call or received any text.

I was using my note to control my Google TV when it restarted. It stuck at the first splash screen, the black and white one before the Samsung boot animation. Restarting the phone either by holding the power button or pulling the battery has no effect. I booted to stock recovery and wiped the cache to see if that helped, but it didn't. And now I can't boot to recovery, it just restarts when it gets to the recovery screen now. I can still boot to download, and seeing as the symptoms looked similar to this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2034859 I copied what he did and used Odin to flash the stock rooted gingerbread rom from the toolbox by dr.ketan http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1801341. The flash succeeded, but it still won't boot, and now I can't even get to the recovery screen, but download mode still works.
I'm not sure what to do, should I try and flash an unrooted GB rom?
BTW, I was using a rooted stock JB rom XXLSA before this went wrong, and I hadn't installed anything that day. Also, I hadn't noticed until today but although there is no yellow triangle the download mode has a count of 1, is there a way to fix this if I need to send it back?

Flash a gb rom with odin.. And Triangle away app will reset the flash counter in download mode
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda app-developers app
Its worth trying a GB rom which has WIPE written next to it from Dr Ketans thread. install using odin a see what happens
Not sure what fixed it, but it's working now.
I just left it plugged in to the mains on the boot screen and it eventually booted up into the stock GB rom, and now the recovery mode works. If I try flashing the XXLSA again it locks up still, not sure why, but it won't boot. I've gone back to using CM10.1 nightlies as I was before trying the stock JB, and that is working as well as can be expected.
Hi, I got myself stuck in a bootloop and would appreciate some help! I have a D415 and installed CM11 for D415, but I wanted to switch back to the stock rom. I used an image of the stock rom which I flashed using TWRP, and now I am stuck in a bootloop after the LG splashscreen, it just keeps showing the T-Mobile splash screen, then the screen goes black while still on, and restarts the T-Mobile splashscreen. I have never broken one of my phones where I can't get into recovery, as far as I know, so how do I fix it? I'd really appreciate the help!
Update:
Found out it just needed a full wipe! Remember to wipe system when changing Android versions!

Hello everyone.
Recently i was using in my p880 Cyanogenmon rom based on 4.2.2 version and after getting bored of it i decided to come back to stock Lg rom.
After installing stock lg rom through KDZ installer my phone came in a boot loop. I tried to hard reset it through system recovery but when i select the factory reset
the only thing my phone does, is showing me the Dead Android icon with the red triangle. Is there anything else i can do to "wake it up" from the boot loop?
If you have CWM or TWRP installed boot it power + vol. Down.
Download the stock ROM for your region (flashable zip.) Copy to SD card
Then full wipe data/cache/dalvik/system
And flash ROM you downloaded and copied SD.

Use lg mobile support tool to re-flash stock ROM.After that, enter the recovery and do a factory reset. This as always fixed any problems I experienced. The main issue of bootloop after returning to stock ROM is a problem with data partition usually which can be fixed by doing a factory reset, however I don't know why you got that red triangle and I don't use kdz flashers on this phone as mobile support tool does fine job.

Try clean flash the rom
If anyone could help,
I decided to flash a stock lollipop rom for AIO-ROW. Using SP Flash Tool, I formatted the WHOLE FLASH. After that, I flashed the stock rom (with scatter file) using the DOWNLOAD ONLY option. The flash was successful and the phone boots now (Because when I formatted the WHOLE FLASH before, the phone doesn't boot and led doesn't work when plugged to electricity), but I only get GRAY SCREEN and I can't do anything. The phone still charges because the led indicator lights up when plugged to power. Is there a fix for this? How can I fix this? Please help me and thank you
