So I am trying to unlock this Captivate and I Enabled the USB Debugging option when it's plugged into the computer. Problem is, when I actually connect it to the computer, the device doesn't go into USB debugging mode. Any help on this would be appreciated!

What do you exactly mean?
How you activate the USB Debugging mode?
Go to telephone info and press 7 - 8 times on the build number to become developer. Then a new point appears in preferences where you can activate USB Debugging.
Hi.
I have ROMed i9305 (CM 10.1.3) and my PC doesn't seem to see it in MTP. No problems with PTP tho.
I'm using Windows 7 so I shouldn't have any problems. :c
I installed Samsung's drivers, nothing.
How can I fix it?

Ensure that USB debugging is enabled.
1. go to settings -> about phone then click repeatedly on the build number until development settings is unlocked
2. go to settings -> developer options (new menu) and then turn on android debugging (which mentioned usb in the description)
