Hello
I have bootloader version 3.1.2250.0
When I try to enter it (via Vol up&down+power button) it sends me to a white screen
This operation will 1.delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to anufacturer default.
2.calculate the crc checksum.
Press voldown to restore manufacturer default , or pres voup to get CRC,or. press other keys to cancel
Anything to do?
WRONG!!!
it's volume down + camera.

I do that and I get a White RGB bootloader screen that just says PD29150 SS-BC (4K) and nothing else.
It's an AT&T HTC HD7S that I just rolled back to 7.5 after Seven Eighting it to 7.8.
Help please?

I need to verify that its installed before I proceed to flash my rom.

Hold down the power button & camera button at the same time then press the reset button with your stylus and keep holding the power & camera button...you should see the following
KAISXXX MFG
SPL-1.0.Olipof
CPLD-8
XXX is your model number, IE 130 120 100
I just learned this myself yesterday....
You need to press only the camera button (a deep press) together with the SR slot, and hold until you get the tricolor screen.
No need to press the power button as well.
thanks, i have it

It dose not manual.
download the rom here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=394985
then go into bootloader [looking for how to now] bootloader is tri-colour screen
and run the exe from that download
you should be ok after that
to get to bootloader, try holding volume slider down and then soft-reset, or try up and soft-reset
the bootloader is usually side-of-device button combinations.
if those dont work, try the ront buttons and the reset button
Rory
Did it come with a CD? I think there was a copy of the manual for my Touch on the CD that came with it.

You should use that as a motto.
go to bootloader is:
hold down button and press (red) reset button
Bingo! This is the same as what the manual said. YJ

I found that the manual is wrong. The way to perform a hard reset of the Touch Diamond2 is:
1. With the Touch Diamond2 switched off, press the volume up and down buttons simultaneously.
2. Keeping them pressed, use the stylus to briefly press the red soft reset button (you’ll have to remove the back of the Diamond2 to do this).
3. Release the volume buttons when a message flashes up to say, “This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to manufacturer default. Press VolUp to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.”
4. Press the volume up button.
My phone was rooted and I tried installing the update to my HTC One Developer Edition. The device is now stuck on the black screen with HTC logo in the middle and 4 exclamation points (in triangles) on the 4 corners. I tried running the RUU but it can't find the device and when I try to run it via the command prompt using the zip file I get the error code "failed (remote 90 hboot pre-update please flush image again immediately)." Does anyone have experience with this and is there ANY way I can unbrick my device without sending it back to HTC for repair!? I'm really frustrated but thanks in advance.
EDIT: I also can't get into the bootloader by holding down power down and the power button. It just reboots into the same screen.

You can power off your device ?
If so, try to hold vol down, hit power to power on your device and do not release vol down.
If not, I just can tell you to wait it's run off battery, plug it in and do what i said. I had more or less the same issue and i have managed to go into the bootloader.

No I can't power down the device. I can reboot it but it just reboots into the same screen. When you say you had the same issue, you let the battery run out and then did what exactly?

Go to Settings, then Power. By default, fast boot box will be checked. Uncheck that box. Then power off the phone and then, power+volume down buttons will get you into bootloader
