I don't think so, but if you have bricked your phone check the firmwares here

I have my backup, its the Mexico-Telcel version, i come back from vacation so i will upload it to @mattglrof for make a homemade fastboot

Hi dashiell thanks for the yelcel version but i couldnt flash ot. On mine . You dony have the rom to flash it on recovery???

Try flashing lower EU version, don't update it to 40002 and then try to flash your firmware

I tried already, i went back to 31002.gb and stil got stuck on step one it says "failed flashing process. Unknown fastboot". Whys that?

Does JB update break anything that was previously working?

I'm one of the unlucky people waiting on the Retail GB update. I bought about as soon as it was available, so I'm a little annoyed this particular model is the last to see Jelly Bean.
Anyways, for those of you who are already running JB, did the update break anything that was previously working? I don't care so much about new features... I just want to make sure all of the old ones still work properly!
Android updates seem to have a nasty habit of breaking things that previously worked just fine.

Wifidirect? For me its working! Only fm radio doesnt, work.

How ? JB Doesn't even have the menu to enable!

I see the Sky Go app is available now for Razr i. Bet it doesn't work once upgraded to Jellybean :banghead:

So question is how to downgrade to 4.0.4 or 4.1.1. from Mexico 4.1.2 firmware.

unless your boot loader is unlocked, I don't think you will be able to. Do you already have root? At least that is the case with the american firmware, I am not sure how the Mexico firmware differs.

i have unlocked bootloader and root, I don't know why this error shown, probably at mexico 4.1.2 bootloader have higher boot version or something like this

You will have to follow the instructions on skeevydudes how to post. Install the ICS or JB fastboot per his instructions and you'll be downgraded. I did this from MR 4.1.2 last night to ATT 4.0.4. ICS booted fine however I still was unable to RSD any other version other then MR 4.1.2

Why would you unlock your bootloader if you don't know how to flash anything with it?

sorry, i don't know that it's possible to flash stock firmware from fastboot. RSD doesn't flash stock att (4.1.1) to atrix hd with mexico (4.1.2)
can you post steps how to flash using fastboot?

Because you can learn. You can know what flashing is and want it without knowing the exact steps.

So are you trying to flash the stock firmware or the mexico retail one?

I have atrix hd att, and flash it with mexico firmware, but i don't know how i can return to stock att firmware if i need.
I try to reflash with RSD but its fail

Hello brothers, I also try to flash 4.1.2 and I have retail mexican brick, please confirm me whether the error "security downgrade version" can be solved? I currently I have the same problem. Thanks for the help.

Boot loader unlocked? Rooted? Use myth tools and tell us the steps your taking one by one.

A little help /info - Jellybean?

I'm totally new to the LG world. I know my stuff with my Xperia (i test official PAC)
My girlfriend has the LG and it's totally stock on ics.
1- should it have updated to JB?
2- i read once on JB the bootloader can be unlocked?
3- is there a guide around to take it from stock ics to a rooted, bootloader unlocked with recovery state so I can flash 4.2.2 PAC on her phone?

You haven't tried very hard to search. All the answers are out there, the only hint I will give you is that ICS is v10x and JB is v20x.

But jellybean is official? So how come she hasn't had the update?

Because it is (un)official - not released as an OTA upgrade.

You need to LG Offical Update tool to get JB Offical Update you can find it on LG Web Site with instruction how to do it other wise google is your best friend.

I get this rom tuesday via OTA from sml-28 6.9mb i dont see nothing diferent.

Today I received my update sml 29 and yet is all the same can not say yet about battery consumption because I'm enjoying it to the test.

I have it, seems a bit faster, but Im sure its placebo, I also used to have a bug where the screen rotated to the wrong direction that now seem to be gone.
