I'm sorry to say Aetholis, it looks like you did not...how should I put it politely (oh never mind): Read The <AHEM> Fine Manual.
You should always, always read the documentation that comes with a certain mod to your phone, whether it is a battery, a case, or changes to software/hardware.
The "Wire Trick" is an integral part of the process using JunoputBear's process. The website and even Hassoon's kit tells you to read first.
Learn from this, and try again with the S-OFF...If you did it right (and the computer terminal window will tell you if you did) then flash a good recovery (TWRP is recommended) then a new ROM per the dev's instructions...

This thread will allow the Revolutionary s-off HBOOT to be over written by a RUU.

Then you just need to run an appropriate RUU to return to stock.

The first one you run on a PC and follow the instructions. This will return your phone to a stock state.
The second one you copy to your SD card, rename it update.zip and then reboot to the HBOOT screen, select RECOVERY, hold the Power and Volume UP key to get to the Recovery menu and then select Apply update.zip from SD.

Are you on Windows 8?
You only need a Fastboot connection.
If you choose in Bootloader -> Fastboot, there's under the H-Boot Information in a red, bold fonnt the word "Fastboot". If it changes to "Fastboot USB", you can try the command on you pc, while its connected to the Pc.
fastboot devices
if there appears one Device, it's almost done. Only thing you now need to do is running the RUU.exe on you Pc and just follow the commands from the exe.

as per my knowledge you can flash custom rom but NOT custom kernel through recovery if you have a locked bootloader
so you can flash those roms which do not require there own specific kernel.

I did check your previous post and the link you asked about is not a version of CWM that will work on the HTC Incredible S. The link you found was for the Motorola Atrix HD and would not work on the IncS.
My signature on this post has a link for 4EXT Touch recovery which I would recommend you take a look at.

How exactly did the computer glitch? Calm down, if you can get into the bootloader which I assume you can (as you can see the tampered etc tags) then it's still salvageable. As the person above asked, do you have s-off?

nope still got it to work though. was very shocked. bootloader worked, was locked, and s-on. could not do ruu so i found a stock rom i ran it once got a security issue then manually typed it in something like fastboot flash image XXX.zip and got another thing 12 security signature or something other, ran it again imediatelly <did not close command prompt and left phone with the htc emblem on there> with the same command and surprisingly it worked!
Unlock then reflash a recovery

Edit: as a safety precaution try running the RUU just by doing the OEM lock if it boots up (it'll save you lots of time)
Use this http://androidforums.com/internatio...-return-100-stock-revone-moonshine-s-off.html to s-on (yes it's for the One but it's universal I've already tested it on mine)
And then do the OEM lock command to lock boot loader then proceed to restore via RUU

That might get you back into a bootloop again.. Although you could try anyways, but either way a locked boot loader will be needed for restoring with the RUU so you can moonshine d: double check you aren't s-off just in case, you might run into future problems if you restore with it off..

No, a unlocked boot loader won't get through the RUU program so just keep that how it is.
And yes run the RUU I provided or the oldest one if you already have it and then run moonshine and it's done!
(Again btw make sure you aren't s-off I accidentally RUU'd with that off and had my phone unusable for a week)
And yes I agree although everything will seem to get easier the more you do it and I understand its difficult since you've come from and older lg device

I just got my HTC One less than a week ago and today it wanted to update to android software 4.3 I believe. I honestly dont know anymore cause I cant check. I downloaded the update and clicked install. It restarted and now has been stuck at the white HTC logo screen without quietly brilliant. It has been like that for almost 3 hours and actually died completely I plugged it up and let it charge and turned it back on and still stuck on this screen I even tried to factory reset with the power button volume down boot thing. Sorry im not smart with this stuff. When I did factory reset it went to a black screen with a green load logo then went back to this screen. Just made an account to post this someone please help. Thanks.

Did you have any mods installed? You can just boot to fastboot and flash an RUU to return to stock.

was afraid of that ..your going to need the kitkat RUU
I'll look for it
your other option is to unlock the bootloader @ htcdev.com
flash custom recovery
http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7wls
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.7.0.1-m7wls.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
and flash a Rom
http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/guru_reset_m7_sprint_3-04-651-2-zip/
To get the file to your phone
TWRP / Advanced / Sideload - swipe to sideload
From PC adb / fastboot folder
you use
adb sideload name-of-rom.zip
make sure the rom is in the same folder as adb / fastboot

So before I do this is it smarter to just take the phone to a Sprint store or best buy where I got it and make them handle it before I unlock the bootlader?

So I went to best buy and got the new phone today. Its currently on android 4.1.2 Can you help me update it to the latest without me bricking it again?
Don't install any mods this time and update via OTA as normal
Make sure your boot loader status is locked and s on
I assume you don't want s-off?
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
