How can I add a reboot button ?
Power toggles app, for now. Unless someone manages to pry that mod to our device.
Btw, how many posts are you going to make?
I see you have a lot of questions, doesn't hurt to keep it all in one thread.

Thank you

I use holo reboot app from play store and with nova / apex / holo launcher use a gesture like double tap to launch it.

Im sorry if this has been covered somewhere on here, but im at work and this is just faster. In adw launcher I accidentally replaced the app drawer shortcut at the bottom and now I can't find a way to get it back. Any help? Thanks.

1. long press on desktop.
2. custom shortcut
3. pick activity launcher actions
4. choose open/close app drawer
(you can also give it a custom icon now)
5. drag the icon back to where you want it
Thank you very much sir.

Crazy fast and smooth, light weight. could use a couple of more options, but thought Id let you guys know if you were looking for a new launcher, its good.
Is this in the market?
Yeah, its awesome!

between this and the arc launcher.
Thanks for the heads up on this launcher...very nice!
I like it, and I really like how icon press highlight isn't a gigantic box.
Sweet launcher!

I love it. It's definitely fast, and I like how you can change the app drawer to scroll vertically instead of having to swipe side to side.
meh. The icons changing grey while scrolling in the app drawer is annoying. Dock is fugly and can't edit it to 3 (without plus signs) or disable all together. Built in task manager doesn't show all "running" apps so that's pointless. Just lacks the in depth options that adw ex has that I like. Might check it out again after 7 updates .
good day.
went back to ics 4.0... too many wake locks.
Did anybody else notice that if you swipe up on the dock in the home screen it flips up to show a lock button and settings button? The lock locks out your apps you have set with a password in the launcher settings,i thought this was cool

Ok, so here's a little back story. I'm currently running the android 4.2 launcher on the stock Atrix HD android 4.1 update. And I just don't think the stock lockscreen fits with the launcher.
I have tried Holo Locker and Widget Locker and both are very lacking. They leave the software keys on screen and you can still back out of the lock screen by hitting them.
So, basically, I was wondering if there are any better AOSP-like lock screen apps or if there are any mods floating around out there?

There's a setting for Holo Locker that'll make it the default launcher so hitting back or home won't skip it.

Hi guys,
After a couple of months searching a new phone, I finally got the razr i and I'm really happy with it. Althought pleased with the stock rom, I would like to change something : The lockscreen.
In fact, I've succeeded to change launcher with Nova and I'm satisfied with it. However, the lockscreen still have old icons which I don't really like, and also, it vibrate also. I would like to remove that vibration , how can I do?
Thx!!!
Try the holo locker app

I agree. Holo locker is much better and you can get rid of the vibrate as well as change the shortcut apps (no idea why they thought it necessary to have a shortcut to the camera on a phone with a dedicated camera button!)
I also use Holo Launcher as I find it slightly smoother than Nova and you can do swipe up and down gestures on the dock bar.
Hey everybody. If you hate BlinkFeed like I do, here's how you can get it out of your way, this info came straight from HTC.
To turn BlinkFeed off on your HTC One M8, check this out: http://s.htc.com/1lrBnbX. To turn it off on your One M8, slide two fingers together while on the feed and tap BlinkFeed On to toggle it off.

You can also go in to settings/personlize/manage home screen pages and remove it completely or touch and hold to add widgets and turn it off there in the top left corner you will see a little blue square that lets you toggle it on or off. I think this is a NEW feature in KitKat . Because I am running the stock rom ust bootloader unlocked and rooted is all I have done so far.
I use the Google Now Launcher, so no issues for me.

How did you get the Google now launcher to work?
Sent from my 831C using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I followed the instructions on the first link when googling "Google Now Launcher digital trends" Sorry, about not linking. I'm a new user here so I can't post link.
the PrebuiltGmsCore.apk and Velvet.apk seemed to fail install, but the GoogleHome.apk did install and everything seems to work. All in all, I've been enjoying it. I liked the Themer launcher too, but the Google Now Launchers always listening "OK Google" feature has been too nice to give up. I'm not positive but I think the Google Now Launcher is burning through a little more battery life.

You'll have to do a Google search for it, it will be an .apk file.

Thanks! I keep getting parsing errors so I downloaded the apk to my computer and transferred it over. Works great!

not seeing a blue box, just the edit box which merely removes the page

I highly recommend Google Now Launcher for which you need to download the apk and side load it, as well as Xposed GELS to completely customize your screen.
I use the Google Now Launcher, so no issues for me too.
