Hello everyone,
I recently tried to put the latest Overcome Rom using Odin on my Galaxy Tab after rooting. But I guess I forgot to patch the bootloader (Stupid, I know). The flashing failed (I think it was because of the bootloader). Now when I turned off the tab to exit the download mode, it was showing a phone and a pc with a yellow exclamation mark in between. That's fine as I am still in the download mode I guess. I tried to re-do the flashing but nothing worked.
But now, the Tab has gone completely dead. I want to flash the Roto JME V2. But the tab only shows the yellow exclamation when I plug it on the wall charger. Then it stays like that. Whenever I take the charger off, it goes totally blank. Not even shows the yellow exclamation anymore. I have tried to switch it on with all the button combination possible. Volume up/ down everything. But it's just bricked.
Hemidall or Odin, nothing detects it. After I keep the usb plugged into the pc for about 10 minutes, the exclamation screen suddenly comes up. But still Odin doesn't add it. Hemidall does. But after flashing the screen is stuck in the Samsung text.
ANy suggestions to get my tab up running again?
so after u bring it back to life u still can go through download mode right .
but the problem is with odin , here is what u have to try , go grab any of ur friends laptop or pc , install the kies for the drivers , then install odin , then plug your usb and check it , probably its odin problem or something , its happen sometimes ...
Hello, I own a galaxy tab 7" latin american version for a couple months, everything was running good, stock rom/rooted.
2 weeks ago it stopped reading any sim card, I tried to fix that problem by going back to unrooted with superoneclick, and I ended up fudging everything instead.
The problem is:
Im stuck at the "(Phone)....!...(PC)" screen, and it's blinking, I've already downloaded ODIN tool and Heimdall's Oneclick Unbrick tool.
This is the screen I'm getting
Which none of those I've succeded unbricking the tab.
Please help me, what can I do?
Please help!
Try using odin, to flash this rom
P1000N: http://www.multiupload.com/EUZS7V21L6.
P1000L: http://www.multiupload.com/SZZZFK8GMO
PIT file: http://www.multiupload.com/ZL9HDOGI5V
Repartition checked.
After flashing the correct rom enter to download mode again and flash this http://www.multiupload.com/E0CQPPZCMN in odin without pit file and repartition unchecked, do a wipe cache and dalvik. then restart to system.
I softbricked my tab some couple times and this metod always works for me. (P1000N)
Thanks for the stock rom Rafa, the thing is, ODIN doesnt recognize the tab, when I plug it to the wall charger, it turns on the brick screen, and it is blinking.
Thats the part that really worries me, the blinking part...
When I plug again the tab to the computer, it doesnt turn on the same screen

I've once had my tab was showing a error triangle with connection problem from tab to pc -so i've thought "rigth just gonna flash it like i've done so many times".
When i've connected the tab to my pc odin didn't recognise it either. Though i've just selected my pit tar and so on and flashed it anyway, that little blue bar showed up on the tablets screen, and then it was flashing.
Try see if you're able to pull of the same.
Cheers, jakk212
But the COM port did recognize the tab??
Hello,
I have the same problem... did you find already a solution?
Thanks!

thank you i had the same problem with my tab from claro el salvador and now is working!
anyone else has any input on this?
1-Does Windows detect the tab?, check in hardware manager, see if listed.
2-try flashing using Odin or heimdall, make sure you use the correct version of Odin , I use the 1.7 and I don't have problems.
3-if Odin detect it do the steps above.

You have to try again to get it into download mode.
Use Odin for your device model and run it as administrator. If Kies is installed, kill all Kies processes by using Task Manager. Prepare the files under PDA etc. Pull out the battery and hold power button pressed for 1min. Then keep all buttons combo for download mode and insert the battery while pressed (needs some acrobacy skills). If the download mode starts, you can connect your phone and flash firmware again.

Hello all,
Yesterday i was trying to update my friends SG Ace FW with odin, so i downloaded the right firmware.
The next thing i connected the galaxy ace to odin in download mode, i selected the firmware, and it got stuck at setupconnection in odin.
I tried changing the USB port and reinstall the samsung drivers but no luck at all.
The next thing i realized that i selected a wrong firmware, the samsung galaxy ace 5830(i) firmware which i had in the same oding foler earlier for another device.
So i selected the right firmware for the device, and it got stuck again in setupconnection mode, so i got bored from all of this, then i turned off the phone and turned it on, and the phone now shows a mobile and a pc with a yellow triangle in the middle.
The biggest problem that my friend needs the phone today. :/
So please help me guys.
Thanks.
