Hi guys,
I don't know yours music demands, or preferences. But for me as a audiophile is most important to have complete overall control of the sound behavior.
I was long time using Poweramp, but now I found Neutron. It is amazing how far you can go with sound control with on android.
Every detail is in your hand now!
So I just wonder what is your best music player. What you use to get best of your music. For which type of music.
Prodigy are very powerful with this.
I'm listening to dnb, dub-step (like the "real" one, not skrillex or another pop-step sh*t, so Deep bass, agressive, etc... ) and with Neutron I can take the sound to next level.
Really great app.
So tell me guys, what is best for you?

It includes Beats, XLaud, Bravia...
I listen music in FLAC (~2Mbps, 44,1 KHz) and after flash FixMMedia music really better. Added high frequencies, I think.
Apollo / Google play music with awesome blue beats(dsp)

Thanks, but after trying it and compare I find that Poweramp manages a better sound (for my ears, of course).
PowerAmp.
Each person has his ears.
Sounding of sound for every subjective.
I tried various music players like 20 of them since 3 years lol. I see that you are really into audio over music player UI. the beginning I used PowerAmp, 3 years after I'm still with it!! There's no other player with such easy interface and great audiophile features!

just PlayerPro
Odp: [Q] Best music player... for you?
I've used PlayerPro for a long time, because it automatically download album arts, there are lyrics and good tag editor. Now, I'm using Poweramp. It has excellent audio quality and many options. It shows lyrics with musixmatch app, which automatically download them when playing music. But there is one thing: tag editor can only edit one song at the moment. I sometimes want to change tags of whole album and I have to make this on PC or use another app.

Thanks man! If they add a proper genre browsing, it will be perfect. That's the only thing differentiating this from the iOS music player.
thanks a lot man, looks sort of like the leaked Honeycomb music app only better
Nice but where does it scan for music files? Directory?

Thanks for sharing this man, definitely the best music player I've used.

A new music player from Motorola made it’s way onto XDA this weekend courtesy of member phoezies, that we’re super excited about. While we’re still not sure exactly where it came from, it’s possible that it came from either the new Blur found on the BIONIC, but is more likely from the CLIQ 2. Talk about the ultimate media player though. Not only does it control your entire music library, it also has FM radio and SHOUTcast capabilities, lets you play videos and search YouTube, brings TuneWiki into the fun, and even lets you identify songs using SoundHound. Highly recommended.

I guess not! My bad
Anyone knows how to add video to play with this app? I can't seem to add my videos on it.
This is the most feature packed music app i've ever seen, granted i've not seen a ton of them . Love how it auto finds the words for most of my songs. Shoutcast, top 50 songs by region, etc. VERY nice app. Don't know why the devs aren't incorporating this into all the roms.
This music app is beast! Thanks for posting it

Apollo poop
I am using PAC man rom and it came with apollo app as a system app, it truely sux.Everytime I try going to equalizer it forces closes.Sometimes the app itself force closes.Does not also response to headset controls. In my opinion PowerAmp is the best music app ever but it does not work in PAC man rom. Atm I am using MixZing premium, free to download from 4shared, gets the job done and also has an equalizer.
Don't know what you're restoring that's breaking breaking those things
Apollo eq not fcing

i use vlc for video...and play music for music
i like apollo...lol
the next on the list would be aosp music player (simple version of google music...not as flashy and no cloud storage)
I used double twist which is awesome.
Hi, just want to ask u guys is it possible to enable X-reality for the wallpaper? I can seen quite a big difference between it being on and off. Also does it X-reality works with other apps(vlc)?
Thanks for reading!

Anyone?
Sent from my C6903 using xda app-developers app
X-reality only works with pictures on the album app, when it comes to videos however it also works with 3rd party apps that use hardware decoder like youtube, mx player, etc
If you mean the lock screen wallpaper then you can just go to the album and take a screenshot of a pic, then you can use that as the lock screen wallpaper, it will look like if X-reality was on.

What does it do exactly? I never noticed a difference, but I don't really watch movies using the movies app. I use netlfix or youtube.

It increases sharpness, contrast and it makes the colors pop a bit more, I don't know if it works on Netflix but I know it does work on YouTube.
I'll try to take screenshots to show you the difference.
