Game compatibility 4.2 roms - Samsung Galaxy Exhibit 4G

After installing Baked 4.2 and L cm-10 4.2 on a few of my families Galaxy Exhibit 4G I noticed the the angry birds games are not loading.
If others would report there experiences I would appreciate it. ty
Heros of Chaos and Order works.
EDIT: new 3.0.70 kernel seems to fix the angry bird cash problems

they might not have updated the app to run on 4.2.2 yet

CM9 Domination ROM build78 - Question

I just want to know if the issues related to this rom are the same we all know, those things such; no video record, no codecs, menus fading away and stuff.
The known issues are the same? no improve on that?
Thanks.
CM9 Domination ROM
Most likely, as all ICS roms developed have the same issues. Remember there is STILL no hardware acceleration available for the O2X, so you just got to wait for LG to officially update to ICS (snooze...snooze...), or a developer "converts" the drivers from the Mimosa X to our phones.
Despite that, everything else should work quite nicely!
Add hot reboot and occasional display freeze while scrolling, and you got a disastrous phone!!
Thanks NVIDIA for not releasing the sources!!
Better stay with cm7.2 and wait until lg releases the ics for p990.. until then cm9 for p990 is incomplete..
Well I'm using build 77 and am quite happy with it.
It is not as stable as cm7.2 - but I prefer the Android 4 UI over the stableness of Android 2.3. It does has it's hiccups, but apart from that is running good.
Everyone has to decide this for himself.

[Q] How is google now running on your Jelly Bean i9000's?

Hey people,
I recently installed Google Now on my i9000, which is on ICS 4.0.4 and running Cyanogenmod. However, it turned out to be kind of laggy. It just didn't function very fluently, so I decided to remove it from my phone again after about a day of use. By not functioning fluently I'm talking GUI, cards would bounce into my screen instead of flying in :b.
So I'm wondering, is Google Now working (by that I mean no lag) fluently on your JB phones? Some of you have already installed Jelly Bean on their devices, and I'm assuming you guys and girls are using Google Now on it as well.
I'm thinking of going to Jelly Bean as well, mainly because of project butter and Google Now. However, if our poor i9000 isn't able to provide a lagless Google Now experience because of outdated hardware, I'll just wait a few more months until more stable JB ROMs are out. So, how's your experience with Google Now on JB, on the Galaxy S?

Are you finding any lag while using the phone?
And, anyone else?

[Q] Kernel list?

would anyone be able to direct me (and perhaps others) to a list of available kernels for our device? I'm noticing some devs building in argh kernel and it just doesn't seem to agree with my device the way it does with everyone else's . the stock cm10.1 kernel works great though. With argh I get terrible stutter and a screen tearing like crazy no matter the clock speed or the governer. Even in games the frame rate takes a dump. So I'd like to be able to try other roms but can't if argh is preinstalled. Thanks!
Should be noted on my device pure performance seems to hit my launcher with stutter as well, however games seem uneffected...

id like this too.
im finding it difficult to find info on kernels.
Zombie thread... Wasnt much info available last I checked. I will say tho the stock versions of CM were always the most stable for me. I have since moved on to another device. But i hope that little bit of direction helps you out. CM11 from before the merge is the way to go imo for this device. But note, i havent tried any of the new roms that have come out in the passed 3-4 months... Good luck

[Q] 10.x ROM recommendation for SCH I800 (CDMA) Tablet

Hi, two questions.
1)
Can anyone suggest a 10.x stablish ROM to try for this tablet?
I gave it to a realtive running CM 9.1, and I'd like to upgrade them. However as it will not be in my hands it needs to largely work. They don't use it as a phone, so it doesn't matter if anything related to that is broken. They mostly use it for games, music, browsing, and taking pictures.
I have good success with nightlies on my own personal devices but unfortunately can't do much trail and error on this one. I've been going through a lot of the posts here as far as what's available, but am hoping someone can suggest something.
2)
Does anyone know if CM, or someone else, is planning to release a stable 10.x build for this?
I'd thought there would be a 10.1 released, but it seems to have been skipped in favor of 10.2, and now i'm wondering if everyone's going to jump to 11 nightly/experimentals next :/ and no one is ever going to relase a stable 10.x
thanks!
I can't recommend any ROMs to you as I don't have a CDMA Device with which to base an opinion on.
But, I can recommend you to download this App called GooManager from the Play Store. It should link you to some ROMs that are compatible with your CDMA Phablet.
As to which Ones the best? I'll have to leave that up to you....
As for Games you picked the wrong Device. The Galaxy Tab only has 512Mb RAM in it, and a 1Ghz Single Core ARM CPU in it. In short you're not gonna play many Games on this. Not in my experience anyway. Unless you like lots, and lots of lag, and force close pop-ups. Then its a different story. Sadly No ROM can ever fix this.

thanks for the reply, device is okay for my relative they just play casual games, nothing that requires latest greatest device by any means, don't seem to have any problems.
I ended up installing the latest CM 10.2 nightly. Seems stable enough, has a few bugs related to icons on the home screen is all I'm noticing. Also seems to lack privacy guard though it's 10.2, one of the things I really wanted. I think the android version was 4.0.x something too, but don't recall for sure. I know it wasn't 4.3. Hopefully they'll release a stable at some point with at least privacy guard in it.
thanks again for your time.
Well if you think of something like Gameloft's My Little Pony Game to be casual, and nothing special, I got some bad news for you. The GT-P1000 (GSM Model) I really don't know what the SCH-I800 has. Only ever came with 512Mb of RAM, and a Single Core CPU. So the upshot of this is that that Game will lag. VERY BADLY, and freeze up on you. If your lucky you may get a prompt to force close the App. Otherwise you have to reboot. Sadly its not much better on my I9000 (Galaxy S) which is pretty much the same device internally Same ARM CPU, Same PowerVR GPU, and more importantly same amount of RAM. which is 512Mb. which is not really enough to play many Games with. The more apps you install the worse it all becomes.
My honest opinion of this Device (The GT-P1000), as is, is only good GPS Navigation / eBook reader / A/V Player. But, as for Games? Its not really something that this Device is cut out for. Perhaps I'm just playing the wrong Games. I'm sure you can still play Angry Birds on it, though. So you'll just have to see for yourself I guess.
As to having ICS 4.0.x I can tell you that its ICS by the fact you said its v4.0.x (Very likely v4.0.4!), Jelly Bean starts up 'round at v4.1.x and CM10 ROMs are in general all v4.1.2. CM10.1 ROMs are v4.2.x while CM10.2 have the latest version of Jelly Bean which is v4.3.x.
Given that a lot of stuff is broken past CM10 (i.e. from CM10.1 onwards) like the Front Camera (shooting Photos of yourself!) Video for Skype still should work, plus broken Bluetooth, are enough reasons to skip those ROMs for now.
I'm using Sapir's 20121207 CM10 ROM sadly its not back up on goo.im at the moment, and this ROM dose pretty much everything I need it to,

did you ever try the cm-10-20131006-NIGHTLY-p1c.zip nightly? Just curious as I think I'm on the same rom as you and am thinking of upgrading

Android 4.2 or 4.3 for gaming?

Hi all guys, I'm asking myself which version of android is better for gaming purposes. Is better 4.2.2 or 4.3 for our device?
I tried both i don't notice a change. I'm gonna try KitKat i will edit post
Does someone have problem while playing modern combat 4 online? I mean if someone have lags playing online. Especially when you are near an enemy. I hate this problem, we have a tegra 3 chip and we have these problems?! I can't believe.
Hi, i tried new unofficial cm11, and i must say that im really impressed.. on 4.0.3, 4.1.2, 4.2 and 4.3 nova 3 wasnt playable i tried almost everything to make it run smoother, with this cm11 it really runs smoother
I'm flashing kitkat atm, but from my experience, 4.2.2 is faster than 4.3 by far.4.3 got system services that use a lot of CPU (unnoticeable while not gaming, but gives lagspikes if you are gaming). Also some apps like NFSMW FCs in 4.3 so I'd go with 4.2.2.
Thank you very much! I'm going to try 4.2.2. I'll write here my impressions.
Which ROM 4.2.2 is better? I mean the more stable.

I find 4.2.2 more stable.I don't think we even have a RC on CM 10.2 (am I wrong?)
Also you get screen orientation bug in 4.3 and some apps FC more often.
Just go with 4.2.2, trust me and click thanks if I helped
every 4.2.2 is stable actually. But I personally liked mokee most. It has nice features at no performance cost. Cm is stable too.
