I have some choppy, laggy internet on data plan with JB, on wifi internet work great.
My friends phone SGS2 on the same operator and place internet work very fast. So i think its no fault of tower and operator. Strange is, that for short time is oki, and then terrible. Sometimes i must refresh.
I thought its dns fault, but also after change its the same. I have also use build.prop tweaks, nothing help. Maybe modem i have no idea.
When i use phone as hotspot, on my laptop internet work oki.
If anybody know where look to repair it, please help. I have root so i can modifie system files.

Try to phone your operator and set up your internet settings manually.
I had the same problem and it sorted it 100%
Also if its still some strange in some cases, try to flash deferent radio. I have ics radio and JB on the phone and work less laggy for my carrier.

Ok i see some difference. We will see. Ics modem have some voice glitches on my phone, so i went back do jb modem.

Battery doesn't go further than 14% when on charger.
Wifi turning on gives me an error and I can't select the settings.
3G doesn't work anymore.
Phone is useless. I guess something has went wrong.
At my arc, I can use Sony update service to put the latest firmware on it when something screwed up, but what I can do now.
I don't use a custom ROM, phone is just default after this update.
Any help will be very appreciated, also I want to know if I am the only one who has this "luck"....

I use Zeus v3 rom.
What do you mean voice recorder? I try few programs to record my call's with no results. Do you have any solution to solve this problem? I can change my rom if it will help.

Unfortunately recording a conversation directly with the line does not exist for our phone. And the quality of the recording from the microphone is very poor. For the record directly from the line should be custom kernel with support for certain functions.

why don't you try to develop the kernel supporting two way call recording for optimus black?
We see many threads/developments for other devices i.e samsung s2 ...for two way recording functions..did successfully.

I was satisfied with my battery's life.. untill now. I haven't flashed any new ROMs or kernels recently and after 4 hours of medium use (around an hour of facebook, 3G) there's only 38% left. Any advices?
Running CM10 stable, Mackay's kernel. This combination used to give a perfect battery life for me. Screen brightness is the lowest.

Consider using any sort of battery analizer like THIS one. Usually helps you solve the issue.

Buy BetterBatteryStats and find out what the problem is...
Also how are you sure 3G isn't on? Do you turn it off manually? Mine doesn't shut down when I put the phone to sleep, for some reason.

my wife was complaing of fast battery drain after updating to jellybean (from GB)
googling around and from betterbatterystats it seems to be mediascanner thats doing it, i think that soemthing is continually looking for new media on the sd cards
I didnt find an answer except to go back to ICS, which is going to be real soon if no solution

Go to settings > applications > find download manager and force stop it. Believe me, it works, I had the same problem it keeps the media server still running, so when you shut it down, it will stop draining battery.

i had similar problem on CM10 stable, media server was draining about 60% of battery over night. Did some google search and found that you have to ways to solve it: play any mp3 from media player or reboot SGS. i did both and it helped.
Then I got BD on radio (3g) and didn't find solution so I changed ROM.
Hey guys, i recently bought a brand new xperia T, everything is quiet classy in this bond phone except for its WiFi...the problem im facing is that i used to have desire x previously...the spots where desire x showed 3 bars, xperia shows a bar or sometimes just a dot same is the problem with my galaxy nexus, but the nexus hardly drops the connection at v.weak signals on the other hand my xperia drops the connection if the signals are too weak...i just want to know am i the only one experiencing this problem...is it my hardware or what? i hate sony for this!

Only in the beginning I had problems with weak signals. solved it by unchecking the option "avoid poor connections" @ advanced WiFi settings. This would make my phone drop the connection when the signal was low.

I had the same problem then I discovered it happen only in stock firmware or stock based ROM. Try Flashing CM10 or CM10.1. Your problem will likely be solved.
I have note 2, note 10.1 and xperia z (used to be s3)
Now i use my xperia z as my camera. The problem is that on my s3 i use wifi direct large video files to my note 10.1 or note 2.
Every time i try to send video files on xperia z via wifi direct. It always fail, now i only use bluetooth to transfer but its very slow.
Can anyone help?

i think the last time i tried to use wifi Direct to send something from my Galaxy Note 10.1 to my XZ i failed also...
Use 3rd party software such as Wi-Fi Shoot to transfer via Wi-Fi. Known issue with Wi-Fi Direct.
