I was glad to see you can backup the video player from Wizzed Bean and install it on other roms. Didn't think it would work on ICS, but i installed it on the .246 OTA and it works fine.

I tried tonnes of video players from the Market but none was as good as the stock one. I guess it utilizes the hardware better than the rest. I got no lags or delays with the stock LG player but get constant lags with VitalPlayer, Rock Player etc.
So I managed to get the apk of the stock LG player and tried to install it on my CM O2X. It failed. So I copied it to system/app and tried to install from there. No go. This is the error message I get :
Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES]
Any help guys?
of coz u cant, first, this is for 2.2.2, cm is 2.3.4, and cm dont use LG framework
if u want watch mp4 like the stock, install meridian from market
Taking a quick look... i think i can get this working as a normal non sys app once i've finished modding the LG camera app.
Plus just waiting for a stable cm release so i can test, i'll be porting all the LG apps to cm unless LG beats me to it with their 2.3 release soon?
-smc
I see. Alright thanks guys
+1 this app has the option of playing sound in 'surround'
I run the Stenner ICS 4.3, and everything works great except for playing music, I tried a lot and no one works, there is a way to fix it?
thanks
Hey guys
i flash ics roms daily and i cant settle on one of them because the stock ics video player cant play all formats, especially MKVs, and most play store video players cant do that either.
So i was wondering if there's a way to install samsung's stock video player in any ics aosp, aokp, ics stunner rom.I tried to install it but it says application not installed.I found it in Alba's tom which is ics so there has to be a way.
Thanks in advance,,,

No ways the samsung stock player gonna work in AOSP or AOKP unless some dev really gets hell bent on it and do some really hard sh3t code magic. And believe me the devs have more imp things to do than going for this ;-)
Cheers!
P. S. U tried moboplayer? Or mxplayer after downloading their requisite codecs???
BOOMED from my BOMBASTIC NOTE
Thanks
Thanks you for replying, i really appreciate it.
I was actually just trying out mx player and it did work almost perfectly,
but i could not download mobo's codecs, guess its their server or host,i dont know what its called.
Thanks A Lot
I've been digging around for a Jelly Bean based ROM that has a functioning Webtop application. CyanogenMod 10.1 allows the keyboard, mouse, and charging to work, but the HDMI function doesn't work. Blurry ROM lets everything work, but constantly loops an "Unfortunately, SystemUI has Crashed" error. I've read that all AOSP-based ROMs don't work, so as far as I can tell at this point, there aren't any JB ROMs that support Webtop. Has anyone gotten Webtop to work on anything other than Stock Jellybean?
Phone Stats:
Droid Bionic XT875
Android Version 4.2.2
Rooted by the Virtual Machine Method
Safestrap v3.11
Lapdock 100
EDIT: Just discovered Flyingjelly from Team Lite Speed. It seems a little bloaty, but Webtop seems to work well so far.
Hello,
Recently installed the CM 10.1 stable firmware and I'm enjoying the experience. I also installed Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.81)
but I'm still having an issue with flash videos. Some videos will play but others seem to fail to load or not play at all. This version of Flash worked perfectly on my previous tablet.
I'm just wondering if anyone has managed to get Flash working correctly on their Nook?
Many thanks.
