Am I the only one having trouble with some specific messages from Facebook on Message Hub?
I'm not receiving messages only from my GF.
Some others messages work correctly.

I had been scouring the PDA phone forums for the solution to resolve my SMS issue.
After using my O2 XDA IIi for almost a year, I still had not find solution to fix the "Contact Name" problem in my SMS "Sent Items" folder.
If I were to reply my received SMS messages, the name would appeared in the Sent Items, but if I were to compose a new SMS to a number, which appeared in my SIM contact and phone contact list, only numbers would be shown on the list, and if I were to explode to full view, the Sender From: is "null" (blank), and To: "1234567" (numbers only).
I had read the forums about the "country code" being the source of problems, and i tested out by appending "+xx" country codes to both contact list and SIM card, but still it does not work.
Could some kind souls help me out?
I'm having a similar problem, no solution at all...
I can't see the sms sender's name, only his phone number. even although having it in my adress book. This is a really grave problem to me.
Hi folks
I have a strange problem with my Kaiser. There's a problem responding to two specific phonenumbers in my contacts.
When I reply to one of their messages I get a "The message could not be sent" (I think that's the correct message) popup notification and am unable to respond to them and the message ends up in the "Drafts" folder. Not even from there am I able to reply to their messages.
However, if I create a new SMS message and respond from there, there's no problem what so ever.
I don't have any problem responding to any other person on my contact list, it's just these two people that I'm having problems with.
I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but, as far as I know, their are the only people who are using a Samsung phone.
Has anyone else faced this problem, and if so, know a solution for this?
Thank you for your interest
My HTC Touch Viva keeps displaying me the error message "Failed to send message" while I try to send a simple SMS...it only happens with only one mobile phone number... I can send SMS to all the others contacts without problems!
I can resolve this problem deleting the conversation with this number and creating the new message: only in this the message is sent.
Is there anyone with a solution?
I had same problem with my friend's number. My SMS did not go when I replied to his SMS.
You just make a new SMS and send it to your friend.
You may remove his contact information and create a new contact to him. I guess this problem will be solved then.
I bought my Galaxy S the other day:
Model # SHW-M110S
It's a Korean Anycall original unit, it's open-line...I had no problems with calling and receiving calls and receiving SMS...but then i wasn't able to send messages, a "invalid sender" error appears everytime i try to send sms. Then I found a way how to send, it was Messages>compose messsage>left main key>Change sender...then put my number as "FROM" to the message before sending. I have to do this everytime I send SMS which is a hassle, i was wondering why do i have to this all the time? Isn't it already automatic that sending messages with the default number of my Sim Card? And another thing, I can only send up to 80 bytes of text, after that, it automatically changes to a MMS....is it really that short? Or can I extend the text messaging without automatically making it to an MMS messsage like any other phones....Please help me with this technical thing...it would be a great help...ThaNX!

hi guys, have the same problem with my aunt's SHW-M110S
any solution with that problem
without using any third party applications?
Hi,
i can't send sms ,im using xxjvu with semaphore 2.5.0.
Does the other RIL functions work? (phone, 3g)
We need more info. What happens when you try to send a SMS? Do you have network signal?
With such enourmous amount of information i can only say.. "Just check your Talktime" Neways if u cant send sms but still able to make calls etc then that is a carrier fault or wrong text message configurations !! Good luck !
Clear "message center" number, restarts the phone, re-enter the same "message center" number and try.
If it does not work then search on Google. Maybe the message center number of your carrier has been changed. Try that changed one.

My network works, receiving txt messages works.. everything works. But not sending a message. I've checked operator settings many times and they are correct.
Problem occured when i installed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1362092 RC 4.2
Sadly this is my first post so I can't interact with the appropriate thread.
Please help
