Install GSAM Battery Monitor, so you can check your screen time etc.

So 4 hours from 100 % and now 49%

İt seems like a bug

really surprises me as im getting a day and a bit out of a full charge with relatively good usage
I came from the note 2 and thought it would be a nightmare but im actually very impressed

Guys i just factory reset then nothing change get me

*Points at apps syncing the internet, constant HSPA connection, 2hours screen time, 4+ hours phone calls*

You definitely have a rogue app killing your battery. My mytouch has better screen on time then that. It also goes against what everyone else with the device have been experiencing.
Sent from my HTC myTouch 4g using xda premium

No mate i did a factory reset and a full charge nothing charge Just 6 hours in very Norman use Just 1 hour screen on is that a hardware problem?

Its the wakelocks. 22% is a lot.
Did u root or phone? If so, get better battery stats. There we can see all the wakelocks

Missing parts in Play Store.

Hi, this is my first post here. I've had a problem for many weeks. My Play Store homepage most of the time has tiles missing. Sometimes they are all there but not often. I have been on many different roms and on different connections, so that doesn't seem to be the problem. I have looked around and I seem to be the only one with this problem. Here is what I get.

Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 2
Have you tried to clear the Play Store data?
Oh yes. Many times. I've full wiped to install a new rom many times too and it's still the same. I'm in the UK. Anyone else have this in the UK?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 2
Are you using a custom ROM? My gf got a branded SXS with some branded tiles in market, thought it might look like that if your service provider failed to "fill" those branded tiles!
No, there is no branding on my phone. Strange thing is a friend of mine has the same thing on her Galaxy Tab 10.1,which has the same resolution screen as the Note, but my dads Galaxy s2 is fine maybe because it has a lower resolution screen. The tiles that are missing are the ones that fill the screen for higher resolution screens. There must be someone else who has this, because me and my friend both have it.

Not to sound bad but I'm glad I'm not the only one. Are you in the UK? It does seem to be Googles end. God knows when they will fix it.
Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 2
yeah im in the uk, It only seemed to happen after the play store update, never been the same since, occasionally it will show up but not very often, a mystery. But i think your right about it being at googles end as it was the same on my htc one x, stock out of the box...
Well it's still doing now but less the last day or so. It did start at about that time with me too, also my blurry profile picture in the YouTube app which I've made a thread about, started at the same time too. I think it might be only a UK problem.

Screen on time?

Quick battery life question for you guys. When your battery is almost totally depleted, what does your screen on time look like? 3 hours? 4 hours? I have a GS3 and for me it's somewhere between 2.5 and 3 hours. I assume the One would be a bit better due to the LCD screen instead of the amoled.

I've been getting about 2.5 hours of screen on time. Generally amoled screens use less power than LCD.
Sent from my HTCONE using xda app-developers app
Really? My gs3 does 4-5 hours. And yes, I use the phone.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2
I'm pretty sure amoled uses less power also, particularly with darker colors.
My screen on time has varied depending on usage. Mostly I have been playing games, the 3d ones tend to take a lot more juice. Certain less intensive games and regular browsing/texting/videos seem to draw a lot less. I'd range my screen on time from 3-5 hours depending on this.
So I'm having a hard time finding the screen on time. I go into the batter setting, check usage and scroll down below the apps to system apps and cannot find it. Am I missing something? I apologize for the ignorance but I'm having a hard time.

I have hit 5 hours 51 minutes at the peak, but 4+ hours is easy. I'm always using battery saver though. I never game, so having the phone at full speed isn't important to me

yea judging from what I've been seeing on the forums you should be able to get around 4 hrs screen on time. I'll be kinda mad if i get less than that with moderate usage considering I get 2-2.5 hrs screen on with my GS2 at the moment.
Im getting my phone today so I'll report back after a few days of use
5 hours a day is normal. 5:40 is peak.

[Q] Is my battery broken

Hello,
I have recently bought galaxy note, which was already 1.5 year old.
I've heard that the users had to change the battery after 1 year of using.
So here's my problem.
The phone needs 2h to charge the battery from about 5% to 100% and I can use it only for 3h when the screen is on whole time.
Watching a movie uses about 35%.
My dad has note 2. He can use it whole day long and his batt isn't empty by the evening. Ok it has 3100mah instead of 2500, but the difference shouldn't be so big?
Here are some screenshots:

You think my battery is dead?
Are there some special behaviours that indicate the battery is old already?
Cause I remember there were some on my old X10.
Also could You post some of Your battery stats if possible?
You can look for background apps. But if the battery is old it will be like that.

So would You recommend replacing it?

Nope, new battery hasn't improved the battery life
What battery did you buy and what rom/kernel are you on?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I was on cm10.2. The battery lasted 3h when screen was on.
I bought for 100% original battery and went back to ics. I also removed as many as possible autostart apps. Now the battery lasts about an hour longer.
Whenever I turn on the WiFi the battery drain increases rapidly.

So it's been asked several times and not answered yet. How do you activate this? Is it supposed to automatically show at the end of the month if you have GN activated?
