I've got the 32 gb from Bell Canada

Looks like you have the same Baseband Radio as me, but your software is outdated, are you having issues with camera quality or boom sound?

Just out of curiosity, will CyanogemMod and other popular roms work for the AT&T version (att 3g enabled) Nexus One phones? I recently traded my T-Mobile version and would like to start customizing again. Any help would be great!

Thanks for the reply!
That sounds logical, however I remember when FRF85 came out, it was only for the T-Mobile version of the phone. Something about the hardware differences or something. I dunno read it on a few sites. I just don't wanna end up bricking my phone. Lol.
Anyone with an ATT model or a dev that knows this for sure?

Hi folks,
I would like to inform you that on my recently bought Droid 3 the above mentioned system version allready was installed.
The device was bought directly at the motorola online store and was delivered after three weeks 'out of stock' time.
So I think we should see the official OTA update comming very soon.

With the exception of the PRL, that's exactly what mine says on the leaked "OTA".
Update: After doing a *228 option 2 my PRL is now 52522 as well.

Same here. So it seems as if we're gonna be safe.

This is great news. It looks like I didn't screw myself up too bad by loading the leaked version. My phone has been running great since I did it so it wasn't gonna be terrible if I couldn't update for a while.
You guys are probably part of the soak test. They're watching these forums.
Do you have the swype spanish bug? Try adding a word to your dictionary?

same here. got a new phone replacement on tuesday and it has 890 on it.
Those with 890, does your signal bars stay white when you switch to WiFi?
Mine turn blue when on 3G as they should but switch and stay white when on wifi. The 3G anf wifi icons do stay blue as they should.

I don't see why not, it's the same as on my phone.
I suppose if the kernel is the same it's all good.
yes it can be rooted. i used the one click root method. I also installed root explorer and tweaked the camera apk settings.

Change the language in swype settings back to english. Mine switched itself to Spanish once, took me a while to figure it out.

If someone can dump 890 off their phone I would be interested in knowing if everything is identical to the system dump we have from the soak test.
Hi,
I cannot install paid apps on my new HTC one;
Here is the error MSG: "Couldn't install on USB storage or SD card"
I was reading some posts in different forums and most of them they were talking about a bug in HTC one dev. edition, so I checked mine and I found out that I bought a dev. edition not a normal one (for 950$) :crying:
Anyway, is there any fix for this problem?
Can I change from dev. edition to normal one? How?

Hello, I have bought Second hand HTC ONE and I am very confused from all those versions and s-off's (came from Samsung phones)
So first I need help identifying my htc one version (bands etc) as I suspect that I the seller cheated me.
I will try to give you all the information I have so please help me =]
CID:
BS_ US001
Info from htc site:
Model: HTC One
Sales to: USA
Release date: 2013/05/16
Software version:
1.29.1540.17
android 4.1.2
bootloader is locked.
phone is 32gb
can you please tell me what version (European, American etc and what bands it got cuz I am really clueless) I have and weather I can have ota's or not.
thank you very much.
Pretty sure that's a Developer Edition handset (US-only)

Yea but aren't the Dev edition only being sold in 64GB?
EDIT:
How can I know the cid of the phone wasn't changed?
You can't, if someone changed it to the CID/MID of the Developer Edition to flash the RUU then that's what you have. You could change the CID/MID to the EU unbranded handset, flash the RUU and see how that goes?
But yes, the Dev Edition was 64GB only

So if the HTC site says that it "Sales to: USA" I should check the USA variants ? (this is the site that checks your serial and imei if I am not clear enough).
I'd be looking at the unlocked HTC One available from HTC online:

Sounds like the one you've got...
Hey Guys,
I am looking to flash my phone to the Google play edition rom and to also have OTA. I have found this guide on how to do it here.
http://htc-one.wonderhowto.com/how-...with-bootloader-recovery-ota-updates-0148068/
These are the current version numbers.
Android Version
4.4.2
HTC Sense version
5.5
Software number
4.19.401.11
HTC SDK API level
5.68
Kernal version
3.4.10-g7fe1bad [email protected]#1 SMP PREEMPT
Baseband version
4A.25.3263.21_10.38x.1157.04L
Build number
4.19.401.11 CL304164 release-keys
I am sure these instructions work, but i am not sure if they was created to work with the version of the software i have an my phone now? Or it was created to work with what was on the HTC one when the article was created. I hope that makes sense!
Thanks for all your help!
Richard
I installed the Google play edition on my AT&T HTC One (M7). However, I am using the pre-root firmware, not the stock firmware form Google. Overall speaking it works very well, and I think the procedure is to flash it freshly, so what original firmware inside the phone should not matters.
Earlier today Android 4.4.3 update notification popped up on my phone, but I prefer to wait for pre-root edition, or at least to confirm there is a way to root it before click the update.
Answer is right under your thread. You will loose all your data. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358781
