Usb device not detected

I try to connect the phone to the computer and it says Usb device not detected
in install this driver http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=961956&highlight=USB
and this still not working
i use miui Chameleon RC2
and kernel Glitch V12 Beta 2
i try to flash darky and not working
help?
i have windows 7 64

What are you using ? xxjvq?xxjvr? I am using 2.3.4 xxjvr rooted and no problems at all

Try flashing with other 2.3 maybe it's a bug in the xxjvk or your micro usb port

Is the phone set to mass storage. The pc will not detect it if it is set as connect to kies in usb settings

For MIUI/CM7 you need the nexus s drivers. Install using android sdk.

unable to find "unknown source" check box

i flashed rc4.2 rom and devil14.2 kernel..all the things are working fine. But when i tried to restore the data in titanium back up,it is asking to check the "unknown sources" check box in application settings..but i am unable to find that option in application settings..please help me

U cannot get into tablet mode in cm 10.1 if u want tablet mode look for pac rom by faisal3040 it has tablet mode phablet mode and stock ui mode in it....

or you can yourself port tablet ui to your cm10, there are many tuts for it

nope, it's normal for android 4.0 +
that's where you can find USB-Debugging and other stuff

Don't worry , It's normal .
If it is a developer version you will find "not for sale" (or something like that) under the battery .

Thanks for the tip. Anyway I have done my first rooting and custom Rom flashing yesterday. Not to my 4x. To my old Huawei U8180. I have rooted, flash cwm using Rom manager and flashed CM 7 thanks to xda peoples.

USB OTG on CM10.1

Hey guys,
I have been installing the ICS OTG modules available for the Droid 4 on nightly builds of CyanogenMod 10.1 but I still cannot seem to get a USB device connected. I have used both OTG cables with and without external power sources. Do these modules only work for stock or am I doing something wrong?

If you are talking about the Modules I have made for the D4 then those should work with cm10.1.

Yeah, what I do is I flash the nightly, flash my car home bundle, and then I flash the modules. I then clear the cache/dalvik cache and reboot system.

Yes I've tried chainfire stickmount, usb otg helper, and solid explorer. I can try Nexus Media Importer, but none of these detect that anything has been plugged in.
